Bein off diet not doin me any gd. Got really bad heartburn :( Got running 2nite, this could b bad. Dont want 2 miss as this is the 10th wk & we get medal 4 finishing!!!

Morning folks

Bn AWOL 4 a bit but hopefully back in the right frame mind, seems like it at the moment. Decided 2 join class wi pal on a sat morn (nd 2 travel 30miles 2 meet her but decided that the only time we have bn able to lose the weight we nd 2 was when we went 2 classes 2gether!!).

Had a gd holiday, weather was gr8 most days, couple overcast but always warm. Got a decent tan, now whether 2 kp it topped up wi sunbeds!!!!

Will update yesterday's food when on comp as easier!!!

PS it's awful quiet here at the moment. Is every1 on holiday?

Shame really as it is such gd motivation when u have lots folks 2 talk 2 & help in times of need x

Tried the PB drink a week or so ago & surprisingly it is quite nice. I don't think I would buy unless on special as £3 is a bit hefty!!

Good day @ work, more meetings, more 2moro. To 3days 2 catch up on my emails aft hols but all sorted.

Still got 3points left 4 2day but not sure if will use them. Mayb pack French fries.

OH out back having a drink wi the fire burning. He not working till nxt wk. I'm heading 2 bed shortly - just not fair. Lovely thru wk & horrible @ wknd!!

I have been off plan a bit over the past few weeks as head was not in it and I was away on holiday but I am going back to class in a couple of weeks with SIL, we have a charity ball in August, I have my brothers wedding next year and I am wanting to go abroad so hoping that should be enuf motivation to keep me going!

So yesterday I had a mixed day.

1st full week at work since being back from holiday and it is going to be hard.

Motorists on the road yesterday I think were just personally out to p#@s me off both in the morning and at night!!!

I got home from work to find a letter from Student Loans saying I was in arrears and that I needed to start making payments!!!

on the plus side I was pretty good at work yesterday as I was getting tested!!! Tech bought me a bag of Mini Eggs and I only ate some of them and gave rest away and there was cakes in the canteen with a note to say help yourself - I didnt :angel09:

So I was in a pretty p'd off mood when I got home but I think I was mainly tired!!!

New day today through so bring it on!!!

Forgot to take my cold ham with me to make my 'roasted' cheese. Think I will try bacon and see how it tastes!!

Well was meant to be back at running tonight but forgot all about it!! Btr set my alarm for Monday!!

Day ok, went quick & meeting went well. OH finally got vestibule tiled, now jst to grout. He then made dinner which was fine.

Watching Masterchef & they were making donuts, was nearly heading out to asda to pick some up!!! Went into my weeklies a wee bit but that's ok, don't nd them 4 nthin else!! Enjoying PB hottie but tub nearly finished :-(

Hump day over, finish my treats then bed.

IT'S FRIDAY!!!

Been a long 1st week back at work but been made slightly better with assistant being on holiday for half the week. Sun is shining and was still sunny instead foggy when I got home so managed to sit out & have dinner & catch some rays. Midges appeared so had to come in.

Dinner was fine AND I have some leftover for lunch!! I dont like ready meals so usually always have something made fresh even if it is only some kind pasta or cous cous. My only cheats are usually tinned ratatouille & soups if I fancy in the summer but usually have my own fresh made in the winter!!
