Hey You!

All Carby Veg has to be PP, so that's your Parsnip, Potato, Peas & Sweetcorn. Other than those, I think all other veg is free.

ALL fruit(except avocado) is 0pp, that's fresh, frozen or tinned :) The only tinned which isn't 0pp is the one which is in syrup.

I would assume that the juice from tins of fruit cannot be included in the 0pp? Sometimes thats the best bit!!!

Exercise 0/13 (7 extra from 2nites jog)

B - crumpet (3); Lime marmalade (1); 2 x coffee/40ml milk (1) = 5
S - Fresh Pineapple
L - thin (3), 50g wafer thin ham (1); jalapenos; gherkins; 2 x 30% less fat cheese slices (4) = 8
D - 3 x med egg (5), 2 x low low cheese slice (3), 100g cold ham (2), 5g bertolli (1), tomatoes, mushroom, onion, jalapeños = 11
S - SF jelly, 25g skooshy cream (2), 5 x chewits (2) = 4

Today has been quick so far, lovely day outside, cant wait to get finished and get out in the fresh air though I have a 23mile drive home 1st!!!

Jog Scotland tonight - 10min solid run then walk/run 1min rest of way. Looking forward to it even though I know I am going to be struggling, it will be an achievement (and extra points in case I need!!!!).

On the downside, my car needs 3 new tyres, OH's needs 1 new tyre, new brake pads and some bushing thing - who knows how much all that is going to cost and we just don't have the £ the, need to pay joiner for putting up our new fence & going away in 3.5wks time :cry:Never-ending but as OH says we have each other and our home and we will get through it!!

Sorry to put a downer, just had to vent a little!!!

Hope u get on ok with Jog Scotland, I don't think there is an equivalent here? Sorry to hear about the car repairs, cars are nothing but trouble and always cost money! Feel free to vent as much as you want, I'm always here to listen. X

Slept btr but more tired 4 it I think. Wet foggy morn but still 13deg!

Not sure if they doin another uk series of BL. I was nvr a fan of it as they jst nvr have the same results as the overseas shows. Prob not enuf £ 2 throw at it.

Gutted that Rik Mayall has died such a gd comic :-(

2 crumpets 4 Brekkie this morn, belly was grumbling on drive 2 work!!

My Belly was rumbling too, I definitely need to break my fast, literally! I found BL UK good although I did miss Jillian Michaels! I was so shocked to hear about Rik Mayall, he was a legend who I'm sure will be missed by many.p, so much sadness In this world, there really is. X

Evening, I'm gd. Catching up on some Grimm letin dinner go down. Yeah the 1 & only but we add chorizo gives it so much more flavour x

Still add the bacon, got 2b smoked tho! Sometimes mix it up & use chicken instead of the bacon x

Mix of a day at work. Busy busy as normal but things 2 fix due 2 others mistakes!!

Planning on a run aft work but head sore, 1st in couple days! Back & side fence all up now so garden looks like a garden again!!!

Away 2 chop up my pineapple 4 work then c wot I can have 4 my treat tray!!
