I wish I could just stop weighing! And make it about being healthy and fit. To go by clothes etc....

I've got rid of all my "big" clothes now so I'll be able to tell straight away if I've put weight on... I've got nothing to move back into this time and I'm certainly not buying the next size up ever again :)

Have been balancing whether to do fixed alternate days or whether to stick to the MWF plan. As I'm going on hols in 5 wks I'm going to do fixed alternate days and then flick back to MWF plan.
