Nope, I had left loads so as I could have a big Chinese and then couldn't eat half of it and fell asleep!!! Blame that same chinese (left overs) for mucking up my Sunday dd lol

Yesterday was a good up so today needs to be a good down!!

Got my long number somehow and tried to buy stuff over the Internet. Got £140 from jjb and £150 from new look and then tried something else but it didn't work. Little *******! Banks going to refund it to me. Quite pleased that the bank caught them so quickly, the payment was processed at 9.10 and they were ringing me at 9.30. Go Halifax!

Kinda doing okay (saying very quietly so as not to scupper)

Had 2 s&s packs for breakfast and nothing else. Going to have another pack with mushrooms and onions for dinner and that should be me :D

Yes, I am. Dreading the weigh in :-( looking at least 200lbs and considering I got down too 186! It's that bad my clothes aren't fitting me. It is what it is now and can only deal with it as of tomorrow!

How u finding getting back into it? X
 
Struggled a bit with the down days, I'm off work at mo and have always found DD's difficult at home. It's very fair to say that today has been the best dd day (I have a very clean house!)

This evening I feel really good, have that really clear mind thing going on which feels great. Think I'm going to struggle getting over to sleep tonight

WI this morning was only +1lb from official WI, so hopefully good for another loss this week x

I have already spoken to hubby about diet. We have chilli and garlic bread there which he wanted tomorrow but we r having a veg dinner tomorrow and chilli next day. He is really supportive when I'm dieting its great. Nothing to him either! But he starts dinner when I settle kids. And now he knows about tomorrow he will make a veg dinner so I just need to make it through the rest of the day!

I hope you do get another loss, so motivating! U must b near ur original weight? X

Oh well we r pretty similar than, hopefull for a loss like yours!
 
At last WI I was 5.5lbs off my lowest on juddd. And then another 11 to go until my lowest on s&s. Seems so far away when looking at it like that. I'm glad your hubby's supportive, mine will cook meals for them which is a help. He was great when I was on s&s, tho think he likes it better when I'm on juddd and can eat with him sometimes.

What are planning to eat tomoro? I think I've found using my packs helpful, takes away temptation and 'f**k it' thoughts.

I've a holiday in less than 5 wks. If I can get to my lowest weight on juddd I'll be happy (ish). Tho we are going away and combining our family holiday with a football match, so there are 5 of his male friends going and I feel a bit pressured that I'm not going to look pleasing to the eye! Had a bit of a tear last night with hubby, about feeling pressure about it amongst other things, he was really good- but kept asking what he can do to fix it when there's nothing he can do!

Aw u have had it rough recently, u went through a hard thing! And being a women is hard,we put too much pressure on our selves. You can do so much in 5 weeks so don't u worry, u measured? X

Yea took my measurements, had put some back on. At the moment I would like to get back into my jeggings- main goal. Just bought some lovely new boots (2 pairs ssssh don't tell) to go with them and they're too tight!

I'd just got into 16's and now I'm firmly out of them!

Aw New boots.... I treated myself to uggs this year. Lol me too with 16s! The only other pair trousers I have r size 20. jeggings which r falling off me. Vile.
