Friday - not really sure what day I was doing, probably EE!
Breakfast
Fruit, yogurt and oats (hexb)
Lunch - ate out so just had what I fancied.
2 slices of white bread with a sachet of butter (8 syns?). Few bites of some sort of starter things (4 syns?) and some cheese (hexa).
Grilled chicken and beef with a rice and bean side dish, salad (6 syns for dressing?) and a few chips (5 syns?).
Dinner
Fishcake, SW chips and beans, tartare sauce (3 syns).
So I definitely didn't have 1/3 SF with lunch and dinner but breakfast was a massive bowl of fruit
26 syns? total, have probably over estimated and volume wise haven't eaten all that much today. Last 2 days have only had 3 syns each day.
Might be eating out again tomorrow night but that will then be it for the rest of the holiday.
