PS nosun or blue sky here only rain,rain,rain
Isound like Eyeore ever so glooooomy but I'm notreally but getting ever so naffed off with the space bar! :)
 
Morning flutter, bright and sunny but very cold here this morning.
 
Morning Jim dull, cloudy and raining here! And cold too. Bet you wish you lived here?

B - 2 xrasher bacon, egg,mushies
L-not sure
D - mince or beef something
 
Hi darling, No thanks. I worked in Stirling once for about 6 months over the winter, that was not good :(
 
I know, but it was enough for me love. :)
 
Been really stressful few days but have stayed focussed on plan just no time to be on here!

Saturday
B - 2 x rasher bacon, mushies, egg
L - salad, tuna mayo, cucumber
D - steak, peppercorn sauce, mushies
Snack - thorntons diabetic fudge bar - yummy


Sunday
B - 2 egg omelette, parmesan cheese, mushroom
L - prawns, salad, cucumber, mayo
D - roast duck, veggies
Snack - lemon sponge v yummy but so hungry as duck didn't have much meat so may have to have something bit later or will hope that diet coke will suffice

You'll know how stressful toilet training can be with your dogs ...... Freya's just not getting it at all so it's hard and not sure we're doing right thing etc etc
Today will be stressful it already is!

Ok so did sneaky weigh in (clothes on and afternoon) and only weighed 500g over weight last week so am hoping I'm down at least 1kg tomorrow am .......

Good (ish) news now under 73kg so 1kg down :).
Hope to get under 70kg for holidays - 2 weeks to go!

B - egg,mushies
L - salad with chicken and mayo
D - beefburger with cheese and salad
Snack - lemon sponge and cream
