Been a busy day with classes with the kids then swim and visit to grandparents so hopefully can get back on board soon and catch up!

Well morning all been an early start for me(5am) crikey what are the kids going to belike next week when clocks go back :sigh:.
Anyway no plans dull, windy,wet here so day at home I think!
B- egg, mushies
L - salad, chicken breast, caesar dressing
D - salad and coronation chicken

Morning Jim yes I'd rather cold and bright too even snow just not this windy wet weather as keeps us indoors and can be a loong day especially from 5am!

LOL stick to the drooly furry babies with 4 legs!
Recipe -
2 large eggs separated
60ml double cream
2 tbsp splenda (optional)
Lemon flavouring (or juice and rind)
120g ground almonds
1 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
Basically mix egg yolks, cream, splenda, salt and lemon flavour until smooth. Whisk in ground almonds and baking powder until smooth
Whisk egg whites until soft peaks form
Fold in beaten egg whites into almond mixture
Bake for 30-40mins @ 170c or till springy to the touch
V yummy about 7 carbs per serve (above serves 4) so not too bad if you fancy a treat and not a frankenfood!

morning brighter day here (me and the weather )
B - nowt so far behind schedule - had bacon and mushies
L - salad,corned beef
D - casserole beef, cabbage,coleslaw
not seeingmuch variety to my diet and don't want to get stuck in a rut will need to be more planned I think!
