lol - wow yes i used to work for the nhs as a buyer too. omg hard work for you! but all those free pens for the docs ;)

how far is race for life?
 
Ah but due to bribery and corruption we no longer give away free pens, free stickies free anything! Now you definitely wouldn't see us ;)
Have you moved out of the NHS? Buy anything exciting?
Race for Life is 5km great atmosphere and good thing is plenty people walk it (seen kids and buggies etc) so it's relaxed.

Lol yes laptops used to be a regular 'gift' when i worked there (not for me for the surgeons) yes moved out of NHS couldnt deal with the ethics. gone into the real world of manufacturing. I buy steel, copper, nuts and bolts, cable and tosh :) think the most exciting thing i buy is post it notes :D
ive got no one to do the race for life with though :S
might do canix if there is anything on in this area, a couple of my friends down south do it :D
 
Ah but you could help me build my bra though!
I've done it on my own before it's fine wore an ipod and went for it (less distracting than having someone to try and chat to! ;))

you could wear a wig as lots of people dress up daft (in pink) plus if you're pants nobody need know it's you if you're in fancy dress :D

oooh :D ill only got to work one and will be able to be good cos we always go to this lovely restaurant that do lovely steaks!
 
As per previous post re work colleagues I'll be avoiding my one (well won't be back to work anyway) as it's always away overnight followed by yyyyaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwwnnnnnnnn

i wouldnt go last year and hence neither did my friend and in the end only 4 people ended up going. i saved the company a fortune in bar bill :D oh yeah and cos my bf is one of the lucky shop floor staff to be allowed to come and no one knows about us it will be a laugh ;)
