Food Diary 2014! I Will Do This!

No work today and I've done surprisingly well.

Breakfast

Grapes
Cherries

Lunch

2 slices of whole meal bread 400g (hexB)
4 slices of chicken
4 tbsp of chicken and bacon sandwich filler (2 syns per tbsp) :O
Fanta zero

Had like a piled sandwich lol but synned it so alls good.

No dinner today as of yet...I'm not hungry at all :/
It's too warm to eat I'm constantly drinking lol.

Snacks

Kellogs blueberry moment biscuits (5syns)

HexA - semi skimmed milk
HexB - 2 slices whole meal bread 400g

Syns - 13 syns

So to say I lost half a stone..you'd think I'd be motivated more this week..

The weekend has been awful lol.

But hoping the next five days I can pull something back!
 
Hello there! Sorry I have not been around but been busy with work and moving home in the next couple of weeks!!! I kept on plan and looked at your posts on my phone but as it's a Windows phone there is no app therefore It would not let me reply! Congratulations on your massive loss for the first week!!! Mine has been only half kg, but I didn't weigh myself properly at the start and I'm still on the last days of the period but... happy, feel less bloated and my stomach is flat now, so it's good news for both of us keep it going girl!
 
Heyy, Thanks!. And well done to you too! I know the feeling of the bloated swollen tummy..i have that this week hope it dont affect my weight loss booo lol.

Sooo, after a naughty weekend of eating...i've got 5 days to be extra good for this Saturdays weigh in!...also add its star week and i feel so bloaty and everything..just want crisps and chocolate. But nooo :D

Here's me food for today, i usually do it after the day but i've planned it today :)

Breakfast

Kiwi
ASDA chosen by you Fat Free natural yogurt
35g porridge oats (HexB)
Glass of water

(i did the overnight oats thing from the website...never again lol, i think i prefer to eat them all seperate :))

Lunch

Tomato & herb pasta Mug Shot
Banana
Plum
Glass of water

Dinner

Jacket pototo
Baked beans
Salad (Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomato & Red Onion)
30g Cheddar cheese (HexA)

Snacks

Banana

Syns (haven't decided yet, as i've had a bad weekend might not bother)

No doubt i'll probably end up changing this! LOL

Asda cooked chicken slices x 2 (not sure of the syns...the whole pack of 10 is 1syn)

Jacket pototo
Baked beans
Salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomoto & red onion)
OR
Chicken breast
Pototoes
Carrots
Green beans

Depends on how i feel when i get in from work!

HexA - 250ml semi skimmed milk for hot drinks...doubt i use it all though "/
HexB - Don't know what to have...maybe kellogs chewy delight cereal bar?

Well dinner went out the window :(

My potatoes went abit funny so has to throw the whole bag away.

Ended up having 2 boiled eggs..on their own lol. Not feeling to great today either :(

Food is pretty much the same as yesterday..other than the dinner. Haven'tgot a clue what i'm having for dinner.

Had Batchelors low fat super noodles...followed by blackberries, strawberries and grapes for dinner.

Hex A - was supposed to be 250ml semi skimmed milk...but only had one drink lol.
Hex B - Kellogs chewy delight milk chocolate cereal bar

Syns - 4.5...only had the WW wrap. Was going to have a button or flake dessert pot but they're 11 syns :O
Decided to add wotsits - 4.5 syns :) why not! aha

2 more days til weigh in :)

Don't actually feel like eating today. Just hope it don't affect weigh in on Saturday...as they say if you don't eat enough then you could gain.

Can't win sometimes can we, if you don't eat enough you'll gain and if you eat too much you'll gain LOL..all about balance ain't it aha.

I never did my food diary yesterday...I never went over my syns and I had a subway for lunch lol.

Im at group now and have lost 2.5lbs this week. Happy with that.

Going for a 100% week this week :)

5 thin pork sausages (3 syns each)

1 tbsp light salad cream

HexA - 30g cheddar cheese
HexB - 2 slices of whole meal bread

Syns - 16... I think I'm over estimating the sausages..but still not bad.
