Sooo, after a naughty weekend of eating...i've got 5 days to be extra good for this Saturdays weigh in!...also add its star week and i feel so bloaty and everything..just want crisps and chocolate. But nooo
Here's me food for today, i usually do it after the day but i've planned it today

35g porridge oats (HexB)
Glass of water
(i did the overnight oats thing from the website...never again lol, i think i prefer to eat them all seperate

Salad (Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomato & Red Onion)
30g Cheddar cheese (HexA)
Snacks
Banana
Syns (haven't decided yet, as i've had a bad weekend might not bother)
