Food Diary 2014! I Will Do This!

Wednesday 30th July 2014

The day started off good...then came dinner :(

Coffee (8am)

Breakfast

Strawberries
Grapes
Kiwi
Banana
Tea

Lunch

2 slices whole meal bread (hexB)
Wafer thin honey roast ham
Lettuce
Tomato
Cucumber
Onion

Dinner

Birds eye chicken quarter pounder on white bap with light mayo, cheese and red sauce....( my other half didn't want it )....way over syns

And to top it off I had half of button dessert. And I've stopped at that! I was going to eat a packet of sunbite crisps and a fudge. But I've had enough syns for one day!

Well there goes my 100% week, disappointed but still gotta carry on.

Yesterday foods..

Coffee (8am)

Melon
Strawberries

Lunch

Batchelors tomato & herb pot shot...only ate half, totally gone off them now
Banana

Dinner

I made the potato and onion tortilla...never again lol
Baked beans
Chicken

HexA - 250ml semi skimmed milke used for hot drinks
HexB - didn't use it :(

Syns

Walkers sunbites - 6 syns
Cadburys fudge - 5.5 syns

Total syns - 11.5...not bad
 
Whoop.. Friday! That means...Group tomorrow! Can't wait to see how i've done.

Although, i seemed to have gotten myself into a habit of jumping on the scales every morning at home..not great lol. Not goin by those anyways...Saturday will always be my official one at group.

Feeling abit bloaty and horrible this morning hope it goes for tomorrow as we all know bloatiness etc makes ya weigh heavier! :p

Anyways, i'm at work roll on 4.30 :)

Well ive got my weigh in at half ten.

And ive noticed the past few days that my weights been going up and not down. I wouldn't mind but I have been Really good the beginning of the week I was so sure that id lose alot lol as the scales were showing id lost.

Im thinking maybe I need loo sorry tmi lol but just feel really heavy n bloaty. Im just rambling now.

We shall see I spose.

1/2lb off.. A loss is a loss I suppose, but I thought I did good last week..
 
Oh well...after havin the weekend if binging..I'm not going to moan if I gain this week :) glad it's out my system :D

Might have cheese on toast with beans as ive not used me healthy extras today..

Well yesterday didnt last long..dinner was too many syns.

probs be the same tonight as going to the footie match. not going to moan though, no point lol. pick myself up and carry on from where i left
 
So yesterday didn't turn out too bad. Still went a touch over my syns but still quite happy.

Morrisons savers cottage pie (4 syns)
Carrots
Green beans

Philidelphia choc n Oaties tub (8.5 syns)

Total syns 12.5

Feeling good about today..

Yesterdays foods...Hardly anything there and have ran out of stuff lol shopping tomorrow!

30g puffed wheat (hexB) didnt know it was ment to be 35g til after :(
250ml Semi skimmed milk (hexA)

Popcorn cupcake thing...syns id est no more than 15 anyways :)

Dinner

Low fat yogurt
SW chips

(very poor dinner, but hey ho)

Other than now having much food, i did pretty well lol.

Sometimes I eat like you did yesterday just cos I don't feel like much yet I'm not hungry after it. Especially when it's really hot all I won't to do is just drink and not eat but I know that I can't do that lol

Yh I think cz of the weather bein so warm all I want is drink too. But cant force ourselves to eat if we're not hungry
