Food diary - mainly red days

Friday 22nd February

And not a KFC in sight woo! Well done :) have a fab weekend xx

Heading off for a pub lunch today - having been the gym three times this week I feel I deserve a few pints!
The food will be good, alcohol will be flexi synned - max 70 (I doubt I will get that far though before I fall over) ;)
 
So gets hold grim staying at OH's where I had a massive heavy omelette abs several cups of coffee
Now the scales say 186 - even after eating and drinking lots!
Must STOP getting weighed for skittle should give the gym chance to take effect

Pub today, gym today = healthy life balance :)

Saturday - OFF PLAN

Omelette for breakfast with cheese (A1) bacon & mushroom

Pub lunch
Sharing platter had 2 southern fried chicken pieces, nachos, loaded potato skins, garlic bread with cheese, one chicken wing

Approx 8 pints = fun times ;)

Cooking up roasted veg soup for dinners next week, plan on having 3 trips to the gym mainly cardio work again
Feeling slightly less bloated but still got some impressive belly ache! Can't face the gym today so tomorrow before work it is!
 
Sunday

Still feeling bloated & cranky - heading straight from work to the gym tomorrow so hopefully that snap me out of it ;)
 
How's the tummy today hun? Hopefully the soup and exercise will help with the bloating. What's the gym plan for today? Xx

Think I will just stick with the cardio stuff aiming for minimum 350 calories off
Off with Thursday afternoon so going to go then and try some resistance work as it will be quieter then

Starving all day today - not sure if it is to do with going the gym yesterday????? Will have note free food ready for days after gym visits

Ooh and finally remembered to buy some ww pork sausages (I'm hoping they're the half syn ones assuming there is only one kind?)

I've only ever found 1 type of ww sausage and they were half syn (pork ones and 8 in a pack) x
