Food diary - mainly red days

WI yesterday at 189

This afternoon (after breakfast) was 186 - that's some serious holiday bloat!
Been to Costco and got a big bag of frozen salmon, lots of fruit and BNS

Keen to shift this bloat ASAP!
 
Sunday 25th May - first day back on red from holidays!

4 x whlml toast (B1) & (B2)
Flora EL (2) bacon, fry light eggs

Giant plum, orange

BNS spicy wedges, baked salmon fillet

Cheese (A1)

Aero biscuit (5) not bad but very small, not worth the 5 syns!
Velvet crunch (4)
Milkybar (3.5)

Syns 14.5, A - 1, B - 2

Already feeling a little less bloated, been drinking lots of NAS so hoping the scales will be a little lower again tomorrow!

Was awake until 5am this morning then slept until one pm - hoping I can sleep properly tonight then up early tomorrow, need my body to readjust to UK time as it currently still wants to be in Jamaica!
Hoping to go to gym tomorrow assuming it will be open, had thought if a bike rude but think the weather is meant to be typically bank holiday Monday rain ;(
 
Ooh dear that hurt - first real exercise in three weeks!
Only did weights, will do cardio next time as didn't have long had to get to give my mum a lift
So 150 approx calories burned - bet I can feel it tomorrow!

Not looking forward to with tomorrow, will be going via cafe Nero!
Intending at least two either gym visits or bike rides for the remainder of this week

Scales stuck at 182 - grrrr!

Want to be in 170's soon!
Got to go for meal with work tonight going to an Indian (easy for me to avoid Indian food as really don't like it!)
Gonna have an omelette as its either that or scampi!

Curry house after work.......
2 x poppadoms (8)
Chicken omelette (B2) for oil

Animal bar (5)

Syns - 20, A - 1, B - 2
Poppadoms were not worth 8 syns, wish I hadn't had them!

The Scan bran and veggie soup along with the gym cals burnt will have those scales moving - as they already are! You had a holiday, you enjoyed yourself, that's all that matters. Back to it and you'll be smiling at the scales in no time at all xx
