Food diary - mainly red days

Wednesday

Hifi lights (B1)
Grapes

Whlml barm (B1) ham
Baked stars (5)

Roast ham and cheese (A1) snack as had to rush out after work.....
Milk in coffee (A2)

King prawn omelettes

Ww mini roll (9)

Syns - 14, A - 2 B - 2
 
Noted I haven't updated a while - pretty much conic ideas with bad behaviour!

Thursday was on plan with my typical day food as was Friday

Saturday was naughty! Nephews christening so had loads of naughty food including hot pot with massive crust and many many cupcakes and sausage rolls. Then went into Manchester in search of beer gardens had many many pints of lager, with sizzling fajitas whilst out, then garlic brad cheese pizza on the way home - very very off plan!

Sunday wax pretty good in comparison went to a friends in north Wales for a BBQ.
Breakfast was LC sausages (2) Hexb roll

Dinner at BBQ was Sw spicy burgers went down well with all, on Hexb rolls, steak with cheese melted on. Only naughtiness was a jerk chicken drummer from tesco with skin on, not very nice my own are better
Got back and had walkers crisps (7) aero biscuit (5) and military crispy rolls (6.5?)

Not great but singnificant improvement on Saturdays behaviour ;)
 
Sunday isn't that bad. You can def make up for Saturday with a good week and some exercise. Sounds like you had a good one anyway :-D x

Oh it was good fun ;)
Really need to find some to to exercise! Had a lot going on at home since I got back from holidays haven't fit any exercise in.
Need to sort this out this week!
 
Monday

Running very late for work ended up grabbing fried egg butty from local shop
Whlml toast (B1) fried egg (1)
Milk in coffee (A1)
Hifi light (3)

Whlml barm (B2) ham
Baked stars (5)
Mullerlight

Salmon & BNS spicy wedges

Ww crinkle crisps (4)
Lindt bunnies (9)

Syns - 22, A - 1, B - 2

Oops. Sat here munching crisps and bunnies 'forgetting' the earlier crisps and hifi - knob!
I should know by the now the only way to control me is to write it down BEFORE I eat it!!!
Am getting myself back on track have made soup for tomorrow and planned fajitas for tea - no more grabbing food on the run as it always goes wrong!!!!

Also munched pink and white for 2.5!!!

Fajitas - chicken, peppers, ww wraps (10)

Ww mini roll (4.5) hoops & crosses (4)

Syns - 18.5, A - 1, B - 1

In hindsight should have had one wrap and one hexb pitta.....
Hoops and crosses may well be my new favourites!!!!! Only bought as couldn't get any velvet crunch but glad I tried them now!

Sorry I've not been on for a while just been very poorly and had a really hard time at work too.
I lost 2lbs this week at SW and got my half a stone award :)
Looking forward to getting back on real SW food again after this strict (banana, plain yogurt & honey diet I'm on at the mo). Check up tomorrow with the Dr again & hoping he can finally diagnose me with something.


So what you been up to? I've really missed chatting to you all.

Just think once you're off the yoghurt banana and honey the normal sw choices will seem immense ;)
 
Wednesday was a perfect sw day 2 x a, 2 x b 14 syns

Thursday was going really well until after a **** day at work I stuck my head in a KFC
Closely followed by a magnum and a ripple - oops!

Got my gym stuff today hoping to have time to get there tonight if the **** day effect doesn't kick in again!
At least the day has started well - Nero skinny latte for breakfast hopefully that will get me through!

After a very bad day at work had a food meltdown and went KFC - thoroughly enjoyed and improved my mood well
 
Friday

Very very long day dieting stuff for relatives so when they suggested chippy I dived right in!
Went back to cousins and 6 cans of red stripe later I think we can safely say I was off plan!

Saturday all good so far, bike ride planned for Sunday morning

Food looking good for yesterday. Boyf was trying to get me to agree to a KFC yesterday - somehow resisted but ended up with pizza :/

Went for a ride with cousin then when we came back got my niece and took her for a walk to the park with a picnic - even more body magic!

I like my food diary handwritten neatly. I have three with last years food in (started properly Jan 2012) and one just finished that has had 2013 in so far
So just treated myself to a nice one which will be the last one I hope to get me to target.......
