Roast turkey - snack whilst tea cooking!

Spicy BNS wedges, baked salmon

Velvet crunch (4) lindt bunnies (9)

WI 180 - c'mon 170's need to back there ;)

Gym and or massive bike ride this weekend - potentially camping but if we do will take the BBQ so will be suitable for red day feasts!

Struggling to decide between north Wales and Lake District as can only go tomorrow lunch as oh working in the morning so can't go far!

Ohh your lucky both places are so near, love them both :-D

Saturdays food

Bacon & cheese (A1) & mushroom omelette

M&S stews steak on a bed of cauliflower & broccoli - had forgotten how filling this was!

Went camping to Pooley Bridge next to Ullswater Lake, kept if fairly SW - if you don't count the gin!

Tesco choc wafer biscuits (10)
Sw spicy burgers, cheese (A2) whlml barms (B1&2)
Lamb chops, jerk chicken legs (skin on as we're ore made so will be syns there?)
Velvet crunch (4)
Tesco choc mousse (4)

Had about a quarter of a bottle of gin so plenty syns there! Food wise not too bad considering I was away for the night......
 
Sunday - bad girl!

Nice breakfast before leaving the site of toasted whlml bap (B1) with fry light egg, LC sausages (4) and mushrooms so all going well so far

Milk in coffees (A1)

Went into bowness for a wander round, was starving by this point and all I could smell was fish and chips! Have in and bought some abc they were rank! I decided I wasn't wasting syns on such awful good so chucked them, and proceeded to get fish chips and gravy from a MUCH nicer chippy down the road - high syn I know, but that's my first fish and chips this year so not feeling guilty!

Then I decided I had to have a magnum as had been bad anyway, however couldn't decide between white choc and double caramel - so I had both!!!

Need to rein myself in right now before it gets worse!

WI still 183 so seriously bloated still after the weekend
Butties for dinner again tomorrow so I can sit in the park again, could do with having soup this week to sort the bloat but its too nice not to take an hour outside
