Food diary of a chunky girl

looks like you're a little malteaser bunny fiend like myself.. I honestly believe that they are the loveliest things to have ever graced our planet..!!xx

I am indeed. Aren't they yummy?! I just couldn't control myself with them yesterday! I hope they don't stop doing them after Easter. Xx
 
Today's food:

Breakfast - scrambled egg
Snack - chap latte (3 syns), apple, banana
Lunch - salmon stir fry (1 syn)
Snack - apple x 2
Dinner - mixed seafood, cherry tomatoes, fruit cake (8 syns)
Snack - yoghurt

HEXA - milk
HEXB - missed
Syns - 12

I know I'm over the amount of syns I should have had, but I'm so tired I could eat sweets all say so am happy with only 12.
 
Well I needed to lose half a pound to get my stone award and I ....... Put on half a pound. Boo! I'm not too surprised though, I didn't have a great week, I'd had two good ones before that & it's * week do its no surprise really.

I shall definitely get it next week!

Hi ladies....I am too but there is 125 calories in 1 of them so should they not work out at 6 syns ? X

I actually got that wrong. There is 157 cals in one :(

I think those are the big ones. There is also a bag of small ones that are 62 cals each. you get about 6 in a pack.

I had a slight panic when I first read that!
 
I've been on a hen do this weekend so didn't count yesterday, although to be honest I don't think i was too bad.

Today's food:

Breakfast - fruit salad (s s), scrambled eggs, beans (HEXB)
Lunch - banana, hot choc (3 syns)
Snack - 2 apples (s s), cheese (HEXA), sweet chilli (1 syn), fruit cake (5 syns)
Dinner - salmon, seafood sticks, tomato, bread (HEXB)
Snack - banana, yoghurt

HEXA - cheese
HEXB - beans & bread
Syns - 9

It's been an odd day food wise. I feel like I'm slowly losing the hang of this. I've ordered a red day cook book so hopefully I'll soon get back on track.

Lunch - salad (s), tomatoes (s), salmon , chilli sauce (2 syns), shapers nougat bar (4 syns)
Snack - apples (s s), plums (SS)


I think I'm eating too much fruit.

Dinner out- smoked duck, garlic broccoli (2 syns), lentils (3 syns), rocket, cheese (HEXA)

HEXA - cheese
HEXB - toast
Syns - 11

I feel like I've put on weight this week. I'm off on holiday on Friday so am unlikely to lose weight next week. Oh well, there's always May!

Dinner - spicy meatballs with roasted tomatoes, asparagus & onions (s s)

Syns - 6.5
Speed - 9

I'm pleased with my progress today but I have a horrible feeling it may be the last one this week. In going for a Thai tomorrow which I seem to struggle with. Oh well!

Lunch - half a pad Thai ( 3.5 syns & HEXB oil)
Strawberry nougat bar (4 syns)
Dinner - spicy meatballs, tomatoes (s), onion (s), asparagus ( s), yoghurt (1 syn)

HEXB - oil
Syns - 8.5

Well I'm back from holiday & back to it. I've had a sneaky look on the scales & it's a gain but it's not awful yet.

Food wise I think I did well in that I only had pasta once, did not have pizza, only had white bread twice, only had ice cream once & had no creamy sauces.

I did not do well in that I had a lot of wine, cheese & Parma ham.

But it was a holiday & now I'm back on plan. My shopping has arrived & once I've found my weekly meal planner I can start cooking! I'm surprised at how much I'm looking forward to it & that being off plan wasn't as much fun as I thought.
 
First day back on plan:

Breakfast - toast, eggs, ham, tomatoes, ketchup (1 syn)
Snack - yoghurt, apple, beetroot
Lunch - peri peri burger, coleslaw (0.5 syns)
Snack - yoghurt, apple
Dinner - peri peri burger, sweet chilli sauce (1 syn)
Syn free pancakes

HEXA - missed
HEXB - bread
Syns - 2.5

Asda - 25p each!! I'm sure thats less than a freddo nowadays!! I bought 5!! :eek: oh no, oh no, oh no!!

He he - I'm getting on OK thank you! Had an absolutely fantastic bank holiday weekend, not so much food wise though lol. I've managed a STS this week which I'm very happy about given that my weekend involved cheesy chips, tempura vegetables and chilli nachos!!*drifts into daydream* ha ha.. My Easter Challenge was to lose 25lbs in 9 weeks, but I only managed 12.6lbs.. still not bad going though so I'm pretty happy! Now for the Summer Challenge.... 18lbs in 8 weeks....? Really hoping the Malteaser Bunnys sell out A-SAP! ;) xx
