He he - I'm getting on OK thank you! Had an absolutely fantastic bank holiday weekend, not so much food wise though lol. I've managed a STS this week which I'm very happy about given that my weekend involved cheesy chips, tempura vegetables and chilli nachos!!*drifts into daydream* ha ha.. My Easter Challenge was to lose 25lbs in 9 weeks, but I only managed 12.6lbs.. still not bad going though so I'm pretty happy! Now for the Summer Challenge.... 18lbs in 8 weeks....? Really hoping the Malteaser Bunnys sell out A-SAP! ;) xx

Well, I'm heading to asda then! Five bags sounds like a perfectly reasonable amount, if I find them I may even get more!

12.6lbs is still very good. 25lbs is a lot. I set myself of a stone & a half in 3 months but then real life got in the way! I've managed 16lbs & I get to eat malteaser bunnies so I can't complain!

Oh a summer challenge. I'm going to go aim for a stone & a half by mid August but would be happy with a stone. Although I'm not sure my mum will, she has already bought the bridesmaids dress!

I've had a wonderfully decadent evening but have stayed within syns, I love this diet!

Breakfast - toast
Snack - left over stir fry
Lunch - leek tortilla, ketchup (1 syn)
Snack - apple, banana, yoghurt, beetroot salad, mackerel
Dinner - salmon, BNS wedges & onion, spinach & tomato curry
Caramel ice cream (5 syns) & half a wispa (5 syns) - yum yum yum!!!!!!!!!!!! Well worth the 10 syns!

I've had a green day today as a treat. The problem has been that because I rarely have green I've been pretty much stuffing myself with carbs all day which I can not believe is good for me. Saying that 1 day probably wont hurt & I should be more concerned with the cake I had! Also I think they are good carbs - lentils, beans, chickpeas & a baked potato can't be the end of the world!

Breakfast - beans on toast
Lunch - bns, lentils, feta (HEXA ) courgette, polenta cake (15 syns)
Snack - falafels
Dinner - jacket potato with veg curry

Tuesday's food:

Another day on red & another day that was a slight struggle. I'm not sure whether it's because it is the time of the month or because I'm tired & a bit stressed or because I fell off the wagon last week it is harder to get back on or maybe because I'm going away this weekend & I know that I'm unlikely to stock to plan. Well whatever the reason it feels like a struggle at the moment. I'm craving cakes & biscuits neither of which I've managed to find SW alternatives. GF treats are just so calorific! I'm yet to come up with a plan so will just keep on trying.

Lunch - salmon, spinach, sugar snaps, butternut squash, chilli sauce (1 syn)

Dinner - my asda shopping didn't turn up so a slightly random - noodles (0.5 syns) & bread & butter (4.5 syns)

I'm going to make an effort to up my speed foods from now on, I've been a bit lax! I'm getting a freezer in a couple of months so am going to make sure I have plenty of speed foods in it including berries & some of the yummy onion & tomato curry I had today.
