b- porrige, raspberries, blueberries & gs
l- chicken breast sanwich made with 2 x ww bread
d- spanish type casserole, using olive oil, bacon (no fat) chicken breast, onions, carrots, butternut squash, cannelini beans, fresh basil & parsley, paprika & smoked paprika & seasoning & homemade garlic & thyme focaccia bread ,i'll point that when i know how much ive eaten as not had dinner yet x
i have eaten it and i had 1 & half pieces as so nice, i worked it out to be (6pp)
14g of dark choc for later (2)
tiny slither of homemade victoria sponge (2)
