Food diary & Thursday weigh ins on simply filling

well after my binge last thursday where i ate all my weeklies and then two days of damage limitation eating at the festival and eating a load of rubbish on monday after getting back, i have been very good for the last two days eating wise, i havent been counting points or sf but have eaten healthily and am amazed that i have a STS :D i couldn't be more pleased hahaha as when i got back from festival i had put on 2lbs !! so onwards and upwards it is. x

Well Done on STS Sweetie. X

Hi atomic yes pleased with that this week, back on sf since yesterday but i may just do the odd post as apart from you really no one replys lol so will just use my notepad to do food diary and will record weight still on here :p

Yeah it can be a bit quiet on this bit of the forum at times and it can feel like you are talking to yourself which I know can be a bit frustrating. Glad to hear you are back on track. You've been so so disciplined since starting it may have been that you needed a week where you were a bit less disciplined to get you back into the right place to carry on psychologically.

Re: Food diary & Thursday weigh ins on simply filling

Yeah ur right about the having week off, if when on previous diets my weight loss has stalled i find a day or two off diet kicks loss off again.

Yes it is quiet and does feel like talking to urself mainly ;)

Thouhht of you while eating my dinner other day and thought you wld like it, it was cooked all on one tray in oven
Homemade sausages, cut into four
Bns
Red onions
Peppers
Baby tomatoes
Olive oil
Garlic
Thyme, mint & basil& parsley from garden

Bloomin gorgeous x

Yep! That sounds lovely and I think I would definitely like it :) What did you put in the homemade sausages? Were they beef or pork? I've done homemade sausages a couple of times and they were pretty good, although can be a little dry I find. I have since discovered Skinny LIzzie sausages from Morrisons and I counted them as free on SF as they are only 2% fat or something and absolutely delicious. Much more like proper sausages than any of the low fat ones I have tried.

they were pork trim, some homemade yeast free rusk, herbs, salt & pepper , my favourite ones were pork and apple with apple juice i made & lincolnshire, least favourite were cumberland and cajun ones, takes so long to make them though but i do do 30 feet at a time lol takes me about 10 hours to do them start to finish by the time ive minced everything twice etc, but me and my friend did it this time (still took as long but was funnier as you can imagine) i only do them once or twice a yr as i make so many, this time i forgot to leave some room in the sausage skin for swelling, so when i went to the fridge next morning they were mahoossive hahahaha i shall make sure i remember that next time i do them x

thank you & i did yes but was on my phone all day, so will have a proper look now x

Lovely looking quiches. Mmmmmmm! And really good value pro points for *actual* pastry.

I didn't realise you had had proper sausages with skins and everything. Very impressed indeed. I've never got that far - just making skinless sausages, so I guess like burgers but a different shape. They look awesome :)
