Breakfast: Cocopops, milk and OJ (5) as slightly more than yesterday
Lunch: Pasta with WW tuna and tomato herb tin (4)
Snacks: Coffee (0.5) Activia Snackpot (1) Maoams (2)
Dinner: 3oz Pasta with Dolmio stir-in carbonara sauce (5.5)
Today I'm back at work so 2 hours of walking today as part of my commute therefore more points woo hoo!
Breakfast: cocopops and OJ (5)
Lunch: Pasta and sauce (4.5) Yoghurt (1)
Snacks: 2 lemon slices (2) Coffee (1)
Dinner I think we will have WW sweet and sour so very little points for that about 3 or 4 in total for dinner
So far I've had 13.5 and a nutri-grain in my bag if I get hungry later (which I probably will!)
