I am not very happy!! I have been really good this week except for one day when i had a little peice of birthday cake, and i have put on another 0.5lb. I am gutted!! My consuktant hasn't been very helpful, so I have taken it on myself to try success express. I don't think i am quite ready still for FF.

Weight in tonight, think I've only lost about 1lb this week even thought I've followed the plan religiously and been loving it too.

So if it is just 1lb, then I'm ok with that because its 1lb closer to target.

Bumpy I dont know, im really pleased. Only 1.5 pounds till I hit the stone mark so I hope i'll get there next week. This is only week 3.
