Hmmm. Well, thanks to my time in Cornwall and going off plan for a few days, I've put on 2 1/2 pounds. May challenge isn't looking too good at the moment, but I'm back on track again as of this morning so hopefully I will have lost that extra weight by next week. Going to up the exercise somehow as well so that might help.
only lost 1lb this week. i weighed myself 3 times in class and told the scales to f**k off!!! my consultant was laughing at me as i was acting like a crazy woman!
i did 2.5 hours of exercise this week compared to my usual none! so was expecting about 3 lbs off, but i guess it wasn't to be.
