I was a bit like that, had to pull myself up off the floor using the tv stand after my kettlebells! Don't worry it's wood! Very sterdy! I really should start on the anti-wrinkle cream but I do it for like a wk then can't b bothered!

Well I got a good couple of years to get my arse in gear with the anti-wrinkle cream then.

Yeah I have a DVD, and do it at home, hate leaving the house to exercise, much more relaxed at home

I got the kettlercise DVD and 6kg kettle bell off eBay and cost me £42.75 or something like that! U can buy the DVD separate but thats a bit useless unless u already have a kettlebell or can get hold of a second hand one!

And because its a potato I had, I wreckon I'll be full til at least dinner.. So maybe no snacking today... :D Happy days :)

Oooh I had a WW bagel with a lil BBQ sauce and 2 low fat sausages - frickin delish!! Mmm...

Got tonnes of cauliflower in my freezer n just seen this recipe I had on my recipes thread for cauliflower mash.. not sure if any of u wana try it out as a low PP substitute for mashed potato.. Or to trick yer littles ones into eating some veg ;)

Creamy Cauliflower Mash
1 head cauliflower
60g low-fat cream cheese
¼ teaspoon white pepper
½ teaspoon kosher salt
2 garlic cloves , minced
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
paprika

Directions:
1. Cut cauliflower into florets of even size.
2. Drop into boiling salted water and cook for about 15 minutes or until very soft when pierced with fork.
3. Drain well.
4. Put cream cheese in food processor (or blender).
5. Add cooked cauliflower and garlic and blend until creamy.
6. Add parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
7. Pour into 1 quart greased casserole dish. Top with a light sprinkle of paprika and bake in gas mark 3 oven for about 20 minutes or until bubbly and hot.
