I've kept on, n kept on for 8 months n gotten nowhere... In fact, this time 8 months ago I was down 34lbs... Since then came Christmas and my 30th and I gained slowly back 6lbs and they won't go again..
I know I need to do exercise and I obviously will be getting more as now I have to bring Stringer out.. So no choice there.. 45 mins per day for now but that'll increase as his age does.. Maybe i'll see a difference.. Who knows!!
My proper weigh day is tomoro, and I had pasta last night so maybe tomoro the scales will be different (prob a bigger bloody gain!)
I really do feel like just packing it all in.. No fear of me going mad and binging coz I don't see the point in that.. That'll just cause me to gain everything back.. And I'm not prepared to do that.. And not being an emotional eater its not soemthing I do... (Wohoo.. A positive!)
Its just so frustrating... There's nothing really to take a break from TBH Vicky.. Like, yea I track and log, but anything I eat, I eat because that's what I want at that time... I log it all just so I know I'm not going overboard on anything.I gained four that won't leave I know how you feel, do you know what hun I reckon your in need of a break, literally don't do the whole diet thing keep making good choices but don't log or count just for a few weeks I did this and I actually lost a couple of pounds and felt so good! I just ate healthy and then I've come back and started cal counting but low carb I'm just gettin into it after my break and I feel more positive, It's a slow process but it does give you a clear head

I think if I was to have a break I'd lose complete focus.. I mean.. When I started WW last January I decided to make a life change.. not start a diet that once I've lost some weight I'd give stop doing.. (I hope this is sounding right)
I'll never stop weighing my portions of potatoes, rice or pasta purely because I know these are things that can easily be misjudged and overeaten.. Things like chicken fillets n that I won't weigh (usually near enough the same weight anyway) and mince etc I will..

One of the girls a week r so ago mentioned about a low GI diet.. So will look inito that as well.. Duno if that's the same thing as i've done no research as yetHey hunni, how u going? OK so, today so far I have had... 2lt Water...2 coffee... 45g porridge made with water, 15g sultanas.. Apple... Wholemeal bread sandwich with 2 bacon medalions and an easi single light cheese... Feeling very full but have not long finished my lunch... Doing OK so far???

I watched a program last night called "Kill it, Cook it, Eat it" and it literally showed from the animal being born, to it landing on the plate! Last nights choice was pork.. GROSS!!! Had forgotten about it til I saw the word sausage... (stop laughing at me living in denial about other meats.. I know you are.. I can hear ya!!!!)

Ha.. Elaine doesn't share food unless its an extra side order ha ha.. No I just won't eat them.. I'll be fine to do that if I have a full portion of tenders.. I know they're only chicken, but I find i'm nicely satisified with having just them.. If I get a tenders basket its 3 tenders n slightly more than half portion of plain chips.. I love the cajun sauce mixed with the garlic mayo But i'll have either the cajun or none.. I'll decide when thereI love the tenders!! Can you share a fries with your friend?? I like the cajun dip in Eddies cuz it's pretty point friendly I had a brownie in Eddies at the weekend. I know. How bold am I!?
