Hey honey,

I'm sure ur gain is just due to eddies last nite and pasta the nite before. But I know u must be getting frustrated all the same. :-(

When my IBS was bad (diarrhoea), I got put on fibogel. They sound like the husk sachets that were suggested. Mix with water and drink.
I know ur symptoms are the opposite but they just regulate in general so they may be of some use. I got mine thru prescription and they cost a bit but they worked! There may be a health store version tho that u may not need prescription for.

And stringer is just adorable!!!

Also, looked at houses. The one near children's hospital wud be soooo close to ur homes. Crazy! But if it's small and pokey not great for family home.
Harold's cross looks fab. I know how u feel when Its not in rite place but it's not totally in town... If its nice...

Yea I got fibogel myself thinks ago. It's rank isn't it?! I hav a box of that n my friend gave me a box of movicol sachets. Fibogel doesn do anything for me! The movicol is good but as i said, my friend gave me them so when they're gona I can't get more coz they're prescription. Mind u, iv yet to contact my doc since havin those tests to find out what I shud take when it kicks off.

Stringer is the best thing ever. He's so funny n cute n loveable.

Am sick of house shopping. I just want my house!! Hav started lookin further afield tho we really don't wana do that. Ah I'm sure our perfect home is just waiting to b found

I have THE cutest puppy IN the world..
Went home at lunch to feed him, and did.. obv...
Than I was giving him a rub n a cuddle and picked him.. Then I said, obviously not expecting a response or anything in return, "Give Mammy a hug" And he did.. He put a paw around either side around my neck, n tucked his head right in between my jaw n shoulers.. Then started licking my face... CUTEST EVER!!!

As everyone says food looks fine so it'll just be the IBS my friend who has it can fluctuate like crazy with it sometimes gaining and sometimes losing a stone in a week (and they aren't very big to start with!!) hopefully it'll even out for you soon x

Yea the IBS can make silly changes in yer weight.. Once I weighed in the night before going to bed, then again the next morning... And there was a 7LB difference!!!!!!!!!!!

Ah, then I reckon the psyllium husks wouldn't be any good, as they are the active ingredient in Fibogel. (amazing what you can find on google)

Well it really shudnt be too much trouble to get movicol on prescription if u say it to ur GP. My lads at work take it every day. I'm sure u Wudnt need that much and it Wudnt be good for someone as young as u to depend on it every day but if u cud take it as soon as u think ur in trouble wud be good....

Well ladies been 100% all day n didn't have my usual day off yesterday either do have all weeklies left. Myself n Jonathan ate heading out for dinner. Will make good choices n point everything when I get home. Think am gona have soup for starters. N chicken n baked potato sauce on the side... That may change when I'm out but will confirm later/tomoro anyway.

Yea was quite impressed with myself.. Stopped eating when I was full and to stop me picking up the fork again while waiting for him o finish I put my napkin over my plate..
He wasn't too pleased as now I was "making it look like I was waiting for him" hee hee... Oh well
Must say I really enjoyed my evening.. Its been a while since I've been out for dinner with my BF.. We don't "do" that.. We're not really a coupley couple if you know what I mean?!
