Ooh good news ladies.. 3 new properties been added to myhome.ie that look very interesting.. And at very good prices too..
30 Windmill Road, Crumlin, Dublin 12 MyHome.ie Residential This one is on the end of Jonathan's road.. The guy I viewed the bungalow with told me this might be coming up as he was going around to do an estimate on it the day we viewed the bungalow. We expected this to be FAR more expensive..
4 Benmadigan Road, Drimnagh, Dublin 12 MyHome.ie Residential - This one's not too far from home.. Maybe 5 mins in the car...
4 Pinewoods, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 MyHome.ie Residential - And this one is about 15 mins in the car from home, but about 5 from work...

4 pinewoods is my fav!!! is beautiful!!!! the garden!!!! very spacious!!!
Benmadigan Road looks lovely - great size kitchen
windmill road - great location if its end of Jonathans road! kitchen is smaller than others, but rest looks very spacious!

its 3 bedroom too!!! omg im shocked this equates to about £126,500......our two bed apartment was £183,500!!!! how ridiculous!!! Steve's sister moved to Essex and got a two bedroom house, with double drive and very big garden for slightly less than we paid! but £183500 for the area we are in is really gd for a two bedroom apartment!!! tutt......money! xxx

Yea Pinewoods is really nice isn't it?! Would be my fav too.. But we don't really know that area at all.. I've asked a woman from work who's from Clondalkin and she said its a nice quiet area so I've made contact to book a viewing...
The one on Jonathan's road is a snatch if we got it at the asking, never mind less.. There's a house same spec across the road from it, I mean literally facing it, going for 289K... So to get it at that price and build on is a steel.. (that's a big house for Crumlin!! Our houses are TINY!!)
Benmadigan Road is a nice, quiet settled road so would be a nice starter...
Feeling more hopeful about finding something as NOTHING has come in weeks so to have 3 in 1 day... WOW ha ha

yer i agree! its beautiful the pinewoods one - more of a doesnt need much doing to it house!! but like you said the one on Jonathans road is amazing price!!! especially seen as the other is going for 289k!!!! wow!!!!!
yep agree Benmadigan Road is a nice starter house!
but Pinewoods and Windmill look to be best for you !!! i vote for Pinewoods tho.... xxxx

with men sometimes you have to make up their mind for them lol! otherwise you will never get anywhere lol!!! yes see what its like!! ooo so exciting.....we missed out on going to view houses etc!! we just bought ours from a drawing on a piece of paper............ :S lol xxx

We were considering that a few weeks back.. Jonathan's brother told us about a place being built at the minute that's promising completion by the end of the year and that people will have moved in before Christmas.. but I just couldn't do it.. I needed to SEE exactly what I was buying.. not one that was built from the same plans.. I need to see THE house.. So that idea went down the swanny...
It looked amazing on the website.. A BER Rating.. All houses were fitted with solar panels hidden in the roof so cut energy bills.. All wardrobes and kitchen cupboards fitted to the highest standards.. All kitchen appliances inclued (I think I posted a link on here actually) but I couldn't see THE house....
PS.. Just got an appointment for Pinewoods.. Going to see it at 5:30 this evening...

So at least if I already like it I can book a second viewing and I can push it on him when we go... In fairness he does like the look of this one as he sent me the advert so that's already a good sign
