Hey girls I need your opinion I made these for dinner they are just being chilled before I fry them later but I forgot to put the flour in them! I need sleep I think, shall I just leave the flour out or shall I add it in with the breadcrumbs?
Recipe for crab cakes serves 3-4 (2 cakes each) 14pp so 2pp each cake
3tbsp flour 6pp
2 cans crab meat 4pp
1cm ginger peeled and grated
Spring onions x3
1 red chilli chopped and deseeded
4-6 tbsp bread crumbs 2pp (wholemeal hovers bread 1 slice)
Handful of coriander
1egg separated 2pp
Mix crab,ginger,chilli, spring onions, flour and egg yolk in a bowl and season form into balls 6-8 put in fridge to chill for 30 min then
Flatten and dip into egg white and then into breadcrumbs evenly, then fry works better with heated oil so might want to point some oil I'm going to attempt with spray, sere with salad and some salsa yum!
