Frances' PP Diary

Ha ha ha... thank hun... Just determined to be good all week so I deserve my night out :) I am having little naughty snacks tho of an evening.. damn special K bars are so damn nice!!! I ate the last one of the pack last night tho so will NOT be buying them again.. I think I just wanted something because I knew they were there.. I'm not usually a late night muncher.. But every day almost I've wanted something come 10pm-ish.. They are only 2pp's but still... Not exactly how the PP's are intended to be used.. Hopefully it hasn't hindered a loss.. Think all other snacks have been healthy snacks...

How are you getting on hun? When do you WI? x

Am a bit aprehensive about WI truth be told.. I do feel slimmer and lighter and I feel SF really suits me..
Whatever my result on the scales I feel good.. And that's the main thing.. :)
 
I weigh-in on Friday. And I know what you mean by the unhealthy snacks, I'm mad with cravings at the minute, think its because I'm heading away this weekend and I know I'll be off plan so I'm thinking 'what the hell.....', trying to fight it though and just have the weekend off, did give into chrisps last night though *sigh*, but sure I'll try again today lol. Take it you'll be having a nice big glass of something at the weekend too seen as January is over now x

Brekkie: 30g Porridge made with water n a sweetner

Snack: Apple. 2x Satsumas. 2x Belvita Fruit n Fibre Biscuits (3) - 3pp

Lunch: Cauliflower soup. Ham salad WW bagel

Snacks: Special K bar (2) - 2pp

Dinner: Chicken wings (4) Chicken in breadcrumbs (2) fried (today's oil allowance) Homemade chips - 6pp

Went to see The Descendant.. brilliant.. Got giggles, got tears.. Defo recommend it!!
Bit of a hi PP day today but I think most were used sensibly.. :)

Heading out with my friend so its gona be a messy messy night.. She's not really had much to drink either all thru Jan so she's looking forward to it too :)
She's cooking dinner for us, drinks in hers, then to the local.. then on to The Mill Pub.. its not a nightclub or anything but its a late bar with a live band then DJ so its good craic.. Its where I had my 30th (still cringe when I think of being 30!!) I cannot wait!!
 
ohh your night sounds brilliant. I'm heading to a christening, but all kids are away home by 8ish so I'm looking forward to it. We are leaving our kids at home with the in-laws so a nice night of peace lol. Can't wait.

Ohh and are your homemade chips not free?
 
She's not counting the chips it's the breadcrumbs on chicken and the chicken wings I think? Sounds bloody delicious! So does your weekend. Weigh in will be fab for you, I'm dreading it LOL! Must go running again tonight... X

I felt like that yesterday with my crab cakes but I don't know about you, but I had real oil and I could really taste it for ages after not sure I liked it think I'm getting used to being healthy

I only used the 2 teaspoons in the allowance so it wasn't really oily.. But then I did pat it down in kitchen towel before putting in on the plate so that took away any excess.... :)
I do taste full fat milk in my tea tho when people use it.. Tastes like cream in my tea.. yuck..

I am trying to ignore but its non stop today, gonna nip out at lunch to shop for fresh air n exercise n drugs! I need sum more vitamins n drugs n juice n vic! Lol x

Ummm... was pretty yum alright.. And it was all fried :) Even nicer... :)

So cold here this morning.. Was -3 when I got up.. brrrrrr....

Didn't get to curves last night as I went to get my glasses sorted out.. So have my stuff in the car ready to go straight from work this evening :)

Dinner: Toasty: 2x chicken sausages (4). 1x bacon medalion. Tomato. Onion. Rocket. 20g Light Dubliner White Cheddar (2) - 6pp

Snacks: 2x Satsumas. Cappuccino (2) 9pce KitKat Pop Choc (3) - 5pp

Total Used: 11/42

Didn't get to Curves as planned coz I had a banging headache ALL day due my new glasses being too much of an adjustment for my eyes to make so they're still straining my eyes.. So I went to Specsavers to get them sorted.. So was late getting home (about 8pm) and I was starving.. So wanted something quick.. Again, as per, on the way home was thinking i'll just grab a bag of chips coz it'll be quick n filling... but resisted.. I keep having this same argument.. One day i'll realise i'm wasting my energy... I dont want that "quick" food anymore.. Its only nice for 10mins.. Then the horrible guilt sets in.. and the greasy sick feeling...
Ps.. My toasty was FAAAAAAABBBB.... :D
