Laura I'm going to have me lotz of nice big glasses on Saturday ha ha ha...I weigh-in on Friday. And I know what you mean by the unhealthy snacks, I'm mad with cravings at the minute, think its because I'm heading away this weekend and I know I'll be off plan so I'm thinking 'what the hell.....', trying to fight it though and just have the weekend off, did give into chrisps last night though *sigh*, but sure I'll try again today lol. Take it you'll be having a nice big glass of something at the weekend too seen as January is over now x

I only used the 2 teaspoons in the allowance so it wasn't really oily.. But then I did pat it down in kitchen towel before putting in on the plate so that took away any excess....I felt like that yesterday with my crab cakes but I don't know about you, but I had real oil and I could really taste it for ages after not sure I liked it think I'm getting used to being healthy
