Ha its funny how we have the same arguements the whole time with ourselves, and whats even funnier is the excuse, its quicker to get take away, but realistically we could make a good healthy pasta dinner in about 20mins, by the time you queue for chips, pay, drive home and sort yourself the healthier meal would be ready! Excuses .....

I know.. that does be in my argument with myself too ha ha..
And besides.. Dunno about where you live but where I live whenever you go in the chipper of an evening there's always drunks coming in for the chip fix on the way home.. Give me the heeby jeebies..

No not too bad here, but I have to drive 15 mins there and back, then waiting time....then you eat it, enjoy it at the time but 15mins later eugh...trying to remember that for the future, its just not worth it x

See... Dublin is great for its handiness to everything.. but its a pain in the ar5e as well.. I have a chipper, a thai, a pizza place, an indian and 3 chinese's within a 5 min walking distance!!!!!

Was just thinking about that.. I have 3 more chippers the other direction, but the same time frame for walking too... its ridiculous...
We have 1 swimming pool and that's it as far as leisure or exercise go.... healthy eh?!

Good morning girls..

Came to work very unprepared today.. No lunch with me I do have my brekkie n fruit snacks tho so all is not lost.. Anyone ideas on what I can get from a deli that will keep it low pp (or free on SF )
We have a company that deliver to us which I'd prefer to order from www.fudecompany.ie but I can easily nip to the shop... Ta gang.. x

Fruit bowls look good, it didn't have any info on the site but if they do a wholemeal or wheat roll with wafer han or turkey salad is always a safe idea or even a jacket if they do it

That site won't come up for me so can't look, does you deli do a salad. Get a chicken and ham salad with an egg and everything for free on sf. x
