Never knew adding spices speed up ur metabolism?! Great to know as I add them to almost everything
 
Spicy food is supposed to speed up your metabolism. Tumeric is apparently loaded with antioxidants too so fling that on things ;)

Yes tumeric is good at flushing the system out its good for cellulite and to use for face masks
