Had today off plan. Had decided last week I'd allow myself weigh day each week to eat n drink what I pleased. Ain't no better day than Saturday to have whatever I want....
So today, I had a smoothie for brekkie n rustic chicken n potatoes in one of those shaker bag things.... N 2ltrs of water.... What the hell sort of day off was that??!!

Weighing in today at 174 wish is 1.5 less than yesterday n .5 less than last week
Least I now kno yesterday wasn't a "real" gain n was I digested food

Well what a drama queen am I. All settled with Jonathan. We had a chat today n he said he wasn't gona lose me or our relationship over my insecurities. Explained allot about him n I explained about me n how I am so between We'v both agreed to "adjust" a little. He says I tell him too much that I love him n sometimes he thinks I just say it n don't mean it... So iv agreed to be less in his face n work on my insecurities n he's agreed to b more aware of lettin me know that he loves n showin me.. He's not one for speaking it so we'll see... Either way he's explained how he feels, what he wants from me, n from our future. N alls good
