Frances' PP Diary

Well after spending the day on the phone.... she didn't buy it!! Her "mechanic" tried to say there's a problem with the head gasket in the car... Eh sorry about ya there's not!! She tried getting me to reduce the price more so I said forget it!! I'd already dropped it €400..

Forget her. You'd already dropped it once, that should've been enough. Hold out for a more honest person x

Exactly.. After all her spiel about ooh my mechanic said there's an issue wit the head gasket but if ya drop it some more i'll take it.... Get a freakin grip!!!
Its a great little car.. Super reliable.. Great price.. So if she can't see that... its her loss :)

Just to record ladies... I recorded my WI on Saturday incorrectly.. It was a 2lb (officially 2.2 but who's watching lol) gain on saturday last.. I had recorded it as a STS.. Must have been still asleep!!
As you will know from before my scales weighs me as 2lb heavier than the one in the WW class I went to. So to keep it consistant I have always deducted 2lb from whatever my scales said.... But Saturday 2 minus 177.2 equalled 173.2.. whoops :D
So long story short.. I gained 2lb.... (s'olright tho coz sneaky WI this AM showed 1.2lb loss again :) )

I'm still confused! But congrates....I think

Ha ha ha... OK... I started WW 06th Jan 2011. Then late Feb I decided to do it from home.. So I went to the class and got weighed, then went straight home and in the same clothes exactly as I was whilst being weighed in the class I stood on my home scales so it was as accurate as cud be.. And my scales weighs 2lb heavier than the scales in the class... So from that week on when I weighed at home, to keep it accurate I deduct 2lb from whatever weight my scales gives me... otherwise i'll have gained 2lb within 5 mins from nowhere...
But lastweek when I weighed I recorded my weight as 173, instead of 175... Lets call it a typo.. So later that day I realised I'd entered it incorrectly and amended it to the correct weight of 175.2...

Ooh I don't understand either but it sounds like good news so, well done honey xxxxxxx

Eating For IBS: Soluble Fiber

Was reading this to find out more about my IBS but it also explains why we sometimes feel more bloated after eating more fresh veg... All to do with soluble and insoluble fibres...
Thought some of you might find it interesting :)
