Just in case the one we've gone sale agreed on falls thru (or we need to pull out!)... Turns out it in my old friends estate.. (the girl who lost over 100lbs since last Jan... Who is no longer talking to me for NO reason...) There's 1 r 2 others as well that we like to look of.... Tho really hope we don't have to start lookin' again... I LOVE Hughes Road.. :(

It's worth a look but hopefully it won't fall through :)

I'm gonna have a ramble on my diary and I'm sure I'll feel better lol x

If it was a treat I wanted Claire... I'd be happy :D not that i'm complaining... Except that it was so calorific and I didn't love it, it was only OK :( Don't recommend that chicken legend at maccers...

Well, nothing to add to yesterdays intake.. Am still feeling quite full.. This is why I love WW.. I never seem to be hungry... By time I get to being peckish, its feeding time again :D

Hope u can get ur lil love nest sorted soon hun xx

Morning lovely... Am much better today thanks.. Still none the wiser.. But not as stressed..

Aw its like winter here.. Bring on the long weekend for the long days of cosy PJ's :D :D

omg yes defo three days of constant pj's ahhh heaven!!

we are in the dark too!!! got very stressed yesterday! we currently know our moving period is Aug-Sep. . . so i called the developer "o it definitly wont be september blah blah blah...by the end of may we will know more blah blah blah so call back end of may" ...ME:"o right so if i call back end of May then we will have a moving period of two weeks or a week" her:"a week....No, a month!" .......so basically by end of may you wont know anymore than now cos you just told me it was bloody august!!!! GRRRRRR lol! bloody useless!!! the sofa we want has a lead time of 2 months, so if our move in date was first two weeks Aug then by end of may we HAVE to order the sofa! when i said this her answer was "well you will have to store it somewhere else if it comes early or make do without a sofa for a few weeks"...........er how about you do your job and find out when we move!!! god they get your deposit money then dont want to know anything more do they!!! *huff* xxx

Oh no!!! That's not good enough at all is it!! Yea ever so nice til they get yer money...

Well, I just got off the phone to our solicitor.. The issue with our shed n laneway to the shed is all certified as being OK by the vendor's architect.. GOOD :)
Ms. Pitam is currently buying our house n selling it on to use. (We were given the impression he was signing it over to a female relation/friend for reasons unknown).. Not great but OK I s'pose...
The drive in was laid without planning permission.. But has been laid for more than 7 years.. So their architect cannot sign it off as being excempt from planning permission BUT the local authority cannot force her/us to pull it up as its past legal time allowed for that to happen..
So.. She needs to decide whether she wants A) She wants her vendor to apply for retention on the drive (basically planning permission and will take a minimum of 12weeks with no complications) B) She wants her vendor to rip up the drive or C) Have her solicitor to write a letter to her bank explaining she bought it as is without planning but the local authority are out of time to do anything about it...
So we are still in the dark about how long it may take to get in.. It depends on how long she takes to decide and what she decides..
Pain in the FACE!!!
