An good ta hun. Bit of ***** with the house but won't go into it. Think I may cry!! Hopefully it's not as bad as it seems right now. Waitin for more info

Well girls it's ww day 1 for me again. Out for lunch today so have a big but low pp brekkie do hopefully it'll even out.
Not sure what pp's I shud b on.... So will aim between 26 n 29 daily n if I go over 29 I'll use weeklies.... Sound ok? R shud I set my daily as a definite number do u think???
 
I would go with 29 and weeklies this week and reduce if/when u get stuck :) enjoy x

Hmm mayb hun. But 29 daily was always a bit of a struggle for me... Will do my best :)

Yeah stick to between 26 and 29 (don't force yourself to eat 29 if you don't want it in other words) :)

Hey hun. Was in Wexford fog the night with Jonathan. Went food prepared but it all went wrong. Somehow managed to cook the pasta wrong!!!!!!! It looked like puke so ended up havin chipper chips... N maccers today but it's all tracked n accounted for so Tiz ok :)

Not hav I. Only on day 2... Brekkie was quite late n very filling. Usually I'd need more. N mayb by the end of the night I'll hav some fruit but it'll be 0pp so I'll b ok :)

Sounds good and diaries look ok hon considering you were away. I've done nothing all weekend again, I'm a terror :p x

Are they??? Don't have my spreadsheet (yes I am a nerd!) so am kinda lost. Got the values from mfp but was gona check tomoro as the ss is saved on my work computer. Thanks hun xx

Yeahh in my eyes, youve only had a sausage & bacon butty for breakfast n a maccys for tea ..... n fruit to snack on .... id panic thinking id starve on that .... hehe! im deffo no weightwatcher anymore eh? coz bak in the day that be me too ..... Ive decided to maintain my weight now! cant get below 128.5lb and this is the second time ive tried ! im a size 8/10 ... i have a bmi of 24.4 and i visit the gym and burn 800 cals a time .... so its not like i needed to get any lower ... ile just follow a 1400-1700 cal a day diet and see how it goes ;) im done trying now ...

Oh believe me Claire, if I was even slightly hungry for anything else I'd have had it.. I'm not a believer in going hungry.. Regardless of Propoints allowance or calorie allowance.. If I'm hungry... I'll eat!! Brekkie was had at near 2pm... Slept til after 12:30.. So was stuffed after that.. Then we drove home snackin' on fruit (so impressed I got Jonathan to eat fruit!!!) n went house accessorie window shopping, then he wanted Maccers so we went n got that.. Not even slightly hungry now so just having a cuppa n chillin' watchin' TV...

Wohoo.. 2pp to use... Hmmm.... lol Still not hungry.. :)

Got in meringue nests n strawberries for a sweet treat... And I got Fat Free Vanilla yogurt to pour over them.. YUM YUM :D
