Yea I wreckon it'll be the least painful (n shortest wait!!) so hopefully.. Either way I think we're both fairly fed up with being messed about so may end up pulling out regardless.. We've been looking online and although further out than we'd ideally like, are finding some really nice properties.. So hopefully we have our perfect home soon...
Have decided not to let it stress me anymore... :D :D :D

did you manage to complete the last hrs of work and resist the cake? i can safely say i didnt have a cookie. . . one is still in the back of my car!!! lol Steve didnt take it! sooooo that needs to be put in the bin :)

I did.. Go me ha ha.. And go you.. You had far more deliciousness tempting you...
Am meeting a friend for lunch today so a but worried about what we might have.. I know its homemade veg soup anyway.. and there was talk of chicken ceasar salad.. So I SHOULD be ok... Will just have usual brekkie (porridge) n fruit to snack on until then.. And maybe chicken stirfry/philly carbonara for dinner.. Will be careful... My friend is aware i'm doing WW so is keeping it in mind which is great..
 
Your friend sounds supportive. I find a lot of people are trying to sabotage me these days saying I look fine as I am and I don't need to be doing WW. But the scales don't lie & I don't want to be this heavy. I'm not happy how I look! Hmm... For instance I got mini shortbread thrown at me yesterday. I need to do better to resist... Gimme some of your willpower :) x

People have said the same to me.. I've lost enough now, I need to stop.. But like you I'm doing this for me.. Until I'm happy.. And I'm not yet so I'll carry on...
And in fairness, I probably eat more when i'm on WW than I do when I'm not... Just when I'm not watching its higher fat/calorie food

True... I eat more too but it's more of the right food rather than, say, a takeaway because I've had no brekkie & lunch... or snacking on chocolate etc. I'm having brekkie & lunch & dinner plus snacks!
I dunno why people can't accept that I'm not happy how I am. It can be frustrating when you're trying to make good choices & others are like "Ah sure have something nice!" Aaargh lol!! It's nice to talk to someone who "gets it" ;) xx

Its delish.. Tastes SO bold but its not... with 60g pasta I think its 9pp... Been so long since I had it on WW I can't remember..6pp for the pasta.. 30g ex light philly I think is 1pp?? And egg yolk is 2pp I think??
I had chicken fried rice last night... OMG it was delish.. Looked millions on the plate and tasted so bold....

Yea exactly.. I'm the same.. I have my three square meals and fruit snacks in between.. Most people I have to say are understanding when it comes to giving biscuits with tea etc.. Bar the odd 1 r 2.. I hate the "ah go on just have 1 with yer tea....." If I wanted one I'd have it.. I dont.. So stop pressuring me!! I'm an adult.. I know what I do n don't want... FECK OFF... :)

I boiled my rice as normal... Then I sliced n halved 3 mushrooms, cup of sweetcorn at 1pp, shredded chicken (pulled it apart!), sliced up a scallion... threw these all into a pan and dry fried for a few mins (until cooked abviously (the chicken had already been cooked), then when the rice was cooked drained it, threw in the pan with everything else.. then cracked an egg in.. continuously stirring so the egg doesn't cook as a fried egg lol... And ate :D
PP's depend on how much chicken and rice you use obviously.. But everything else is 0pp so bulk it up with them :D

Philly Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients (Single serving)



  • 60g Pasta
  • 1 rasher bacon cut into stripes
  • 30 g Philadelphia Light
  • 1 Small egg yolk
  • Half stalk flat parsley leaves picked and chopped
  • 50 ml vegetable stock
  • Shavings of parmesan to garnish
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions.
While the pasta is cooking fry the bacon pieces in a large pan, add the veg stock and simmer for a few minutes till the liquid is reduced by half.
Beat together the Philly and the egg yolks in a separate bowl. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and return it to the hot pan, add the bacon and stir through, add the philly and egg mixture and stir through well to combine everything
 
Are all fruit and veg free? I can't remember also I can't find vita coco coconut water anywhere do you know the values?
