WI is Saturday babybelle..
Maybe its coz we're eating healthy filling foods more that we feel full.. And are confusing feeling full with feeling big.. Sure we'll see.. The main thing is we're being healthy as we can.. And sure what more can we do but try :)

I kno Carly.. God love him.. Thank God he doesn't be on this site ha ha
 
You may be right about the feeling full and healthy foods, hope you are, I had sneaky weigh in this morning, and I've put on 2lb between sunday and today, don't know were from, but thats the end of the sneaky weigh-ins!!!

Well i didnt do as much exercise this week. I think mainly its just the xmas excess gone really. Next week will be the big test. Im aiming for 2ibs... Had a few ww ready meals for dinner this week as wasnt prepared come the evening to make a healthy dinner. Some days for brekkie i had yogurt and fruit too.

Wednesday 11th January

Water: 3.5 litres
Drinks: Tea.

Brekkie: 30g Porridge made on water - 4pp

Lunch: 0pp Brocolli soup (0) Turkey slice (1) WW wrap (3) Tomato. Cucumber. Lettuce. onion. Dressing - 1pp

Snack: Apple. 4 Ryvita style crackers with banana (2) - 2pp

Dinner: 100g Pork Mince(4) Baked Potato (4) 70g Red Kidney Beans (2)Onion. Stock. Pepper. Salt n Pepper. Clove Garlic. Chilli powder - 10pp

Total: 17/29
Weeklies: 0/43

Whoopsies.. Only now realised I was so far under my daily allowance.. Am not too happy with this at all.. I had a 'full' day but still.. That's wayyy under what I'd find acceptable.. Lesson learned!! Look at my notebook!!!
Although I was SOOOOO tired yesterday that I went home, had my shower, had my dinner and went to bed!! Watched TV and read a bit of my book and then it was lights out at 10:30pm.. Which is really really early for me as I'm usually knocking lights off at 1:30am!!
Been really really tired all the time lately so I think I may go visit my doctor and have a chat.. All I'm fit for after work is laying in bed.. That's not good considering I'm only 30!!!
One of the girls wreckons I cud be low in iron or anemic.. Which would kinda make sense as I'v been finding bruises allot lately with no explanation as to how I got them...
 
I've been really tired lately to I think there's something in the air! I have been so tired and lazy

Yea I'm over mind since last week so defo not that for me..
I think i'm gona go to my doc and just hav a chat with him n see..
Hate going to him coz no matter what's wrong with you when you go to see him he puts it down to what you eat.. Obviously we won't have good immune systems if we're not eating healthy but we know all that.. Now do what's needed to make me better n shut the fuk up!! :D
Seriously tho.. you could go in with yer leg hanging off and he'd say its coz "your diet is not colourful enough. you need more colour in your diet" grrrrrr...
 
Maybe your all copying me with an underactive thyroid haha ... I weighed myself cheekily yesterday .. Another 2 lb up ... So apparently ive put half a stone on in 2 weeks .. Its laughable coz my clothes are the baggiest they've ever been lol xxxxx
 
Oh.. Meant to say the other day.. Collected Jonathan the other morning to go to work. He gets in the car and says "I emailed you loads of stuff to your work email. Will you print it off for me?" I said yea no bother, what is it?...........................

Hmmm... Very strange.. Would it be muscle building from exercise???

I am wrecked all week this week. Been ok with my eating but have used 18 weeklies (I usually use them all though). Today I'm feeling peckish all the time no matter what I eat... nothing seems to satisfy me :(
If you get bruises for no reason etc. you should probs see your doctor. I was low on iron a few years ago and had to take a supplement for a while. More red meat & dark green veg for you lol!
