Simply filling sounds cool I might do that once I've got this last bit of weight off it sounds like slimming world and I enjoyed that but sadly my losses stopped completely

Have never done slimmin world but yea it's very like it. I think that happens no matter what plan ya follow. When it's time for a shake up :)

There's a list of foods you can eat without pointing on Clairebears page.. You can eat as much/little of these as ya like.. And then you have 49pp's to use as u like throughout the week.. So for sauces n spreads n things u have them.. use them 7 a day r whatever ya fancy.. also u must use 2 tablespoons of olive oil a day without caounting them in yer PP's.. u can hav WW bread r bagels r wraps r pittas for free as well.. Or cal controlled but WW ones are the safe bet.. If ya can't find it on Claire's page let me know n i'll post it tomoro when in work as I think i've it saved on my PC...

Ta for the well wishes.. Just had a nice hot shower n feel much better after it.. Have decided tho.. I'm gona go into work for an hour r 2 tomoro, n then go home sick.. Then stay off til Monday.. Get as much rest as possible so I can shake this thing.. Really need to get out training for the 5k run.. think its only 5 weeks away r something.. :eek:

Today's not bein very good. An home n in bed so not had brekkie. Had 0pp carrot n parsnip soup m brown bread for lunch... But that's it so far... Hav slow cooker chicken stew for dinner but no appetite. Will try eat a bowl of it later. Mayb I'll b hungry then...
 
Ah hunney bun, I really hope you get better soon. Maybe have a little more soup to get the fluids in. I'm not feeling the best either, can't put my finger on how exactly, just feel spacy and shitty. I have made a fattier kinda dinner though to try and get my pp in.

Did you take the day off work?

Went in Laura n came home. Gona stay off now til Monday. Make sure I shake this ya kno. I'm feeling lots better but hav no appetite. An drinking lotza water tho as my throat keeps drying up n driving me to fits of coughing. Quite embarrassin in the office :/

Laura, PLEASE go to the doc??? After ur turn the other day n all u need to... Xxx

Francis my doctor is absolutely crap and there isn't another one for like 40 min drive. I'm also completely broke, not a penny to spare, but I am looking after myself, I'm not going to zumba tonight, I'm going to bed instead lol. Think I'm just exhausted to be honest. Gonna have to rethink my food intake I feel like I'm missing something.....

Ok but promise if yer not well in a few days ya'll see someone. :)

Liz ta just a small dip bowl r tubberware tub. Put a sheet of cling film over with a little dip so the egg doesn spill out. Salt n pepper it. Then pull all the edges together and twist so water can't get in. Drop into a pot of boilin water n leav for a couple of mins :) xx

Aw it's much less stressful. U kno how I used to stress about eating too little dailies.....
 
I was a bit like that, forcing a supper most days to use up the pp. I'm hoping just to give myself a rest from thinking about what pp I've used, what I have to use and stuff. I'm kinda looking forward to it. I'm gonna try it to Wednesday, then go to my meeting if I've any questions.
