Hiya Tracy hun.
Yea finding it great so far. Haven't had z chance to put my diaries of the last few days. Will try tomoro. Had a mental day in work today n have come down with a shocking cold n sore throat so just laying in bed, lemsip in hand, Vicks in feet n the soaps :)

Hi Liz.. Am OK ta.. Just a head cold n bit of a sore throat.. My tonsils have gone down a bit now.. They felt the size of a freakin' tennis ball on Sunday!!
How are you? Back on the wagon after the hols?
Am loving simply filling.. Finding it far less stressful than PP's..

My Da's sanding down the floors at home so it'd be too dusty n no good for my chest.. I'd be in bed but that dust still manages to get around doesn't it?! And the noise of him, wouldn't get any rest anyway.. But am lashing in the lemsips n losengers and drinking hot water n lemon to try get in as much water as I can.. The cold water is making me colder so... Just had a bowl of porridge too so its keeping me warm :)

Brekkie: 30g Porridge made on water - 3pp

Lunch: WW wrap (3) Chicken (2) Salad. WW dressing (1) - 6pp

Snack: Apple. Banana. 2x MP King (7) - 7pp

Dinner: None. Was meant to go to a 30th n was saving my PP's for the finger food :D But ended up going to The Late Late Show instead.. So no food was had...

Total: 20/29
Weeklies: 0/33

OK so done allot of failing today.. FAILED to stick to giving up crisps. FAILED to stick to no alcohol for January, although I only had 1! And FAILED to use even close to my dailies!!! I was TRYING to be good tho...

Drinks: Hot water with lemon x2

Breakfast: Porridge made with water

Lunch: Homemade carrot n parsnip soup. Scrambed egg on toast

Dinner
: Homemade chicken curry. Brown rice

Snacks: Apple.

Total: 0/40

Good day today.. Absolutely stuffed so can't image I'll be eating anything else today.. But will update if I do..

Ermm.. I like milk in my tea and on my cereal.. But I can't stand porridge made on milk.. I use a tiny but when my porridge is cooked to cool it but that's it.. I think it tastes like wallpaper paste when made with milk (not that i'v tasted wallpaper paste mind)
My mam always made it on water so maybe its just coz its what i'm used to...

Am loving SF so far.. feel great on it.. Dont feel bloated or heavy.. Hope I lose on it too tho.. Then i'll be a very happy girl :D
Until I go back on booze :(

There's a list of foods you can eat without pointing on Clairebears page.. You can eat as much/little of these as ya like.. And then you have 49pp's to use as u like throughout the week.. So for sauces n spreads n things u have them.. use them 7 a day r whatever ya fancy.. also u must use 2 tablespoons of olive oil a day without caounting them in yer PP's.. u can hav WW bread r bagels r wraps r pittas for free as well.. Or cal controlled but WW ones are the safe bet.. If ya can't find it on Claire's page let me know n i'll post it tomoro when in work as I think i've it saved on my PC...

Ta for the well wishes.. Just had a nice hot shower n feel much better after it.. Have decided tho.. I'm gona go into work for an hour r 2 tomoro, n then go home sick.. Then stay off til Monday.. Get as much rest as possible so I can shake this thing.. Really need to get out training for the 5k run.. think its only 5 weeks away r something.. :eek:
