I know am chuffed.. Went n registered with Curves this morning and done my first work out.. They didn't weigh me r do my measurements n I forgot to ask about them til after my workout so am booked in to get them done Monday.. So looking forward to seeing results next month :D Am excited about looking slimmer n more toned.. They do power circuits there now too with an instructor so am gona aim to do that at least twice a week n do the normal circuit at least twice as well.. So aiming for MIN 4 visits a week.. its only half an hour so won't take up too much time.. Am gona do the power circuit n abs 15 min workout Monday.. Really looking forward to it I have to say.. I was kinda raging the normal gym didn't do its usual Jan offer this year but think i'm gona really enjoy Curves..
They also do a Curves Zumba class now too.. Its EUR1 for members... U do the normal circuit with Zumba moves in between.. So you do a machine for 3 mins, then Zumba for 3 mins.. I think its an hour session.. So shud b fun.. So may even get that in once a week.. Will see how I go.. Dont wana kill myself in the first week hee hee..
 
Sounds brill! I used to go and would recommend it... More near end if journey coz it does lose inches :) enjoy ur 4 sessions! We will be counting ;) x

Myfitnesspal.com hun.
I left my notebook in bloody work so using it to track for the weekend. I use it every now n then to see how my days stats are as it tells ya how much of yer rda's ya'v consumed etc
I prefer to have notebooks tho. To flick back over :D
