Hi Everyone!

I've just been to tesco and they have loads of new mugshot flavours!

I picked up a Red Thai Curry Rice which say's 2% fat - I know these are syned - I was wondering if anyone if they had a ridiculous amount of syns or there still low?

Would be grateful if anyone could find out the syn values!

Thanks,

Sian

I bought this the other day - Does anyone know how many syns it will be?

xx

Ohhh really? I've been avoiding eating it as i thought it must contain syns as its one of the 2% ones.

Hopefully its as nice as it sounds :)

Thank You!!!

Any of u lovely people seen these Golden Wonder pasta & sauces around...new as far as I know, and from comparing them with batchelors, less calories, less fat and cheaper! Could anyone advise if these are free or at least low syn using nutrition info. Thanks!

I seen this online for the cheese & broccoli, not sure it's the right thing though...syns are EE, Red then Green

Golden Wonder, The Nation's Pasta & Sauce, Cheese & Broccoli, made up as directed . (110g pack) 3½ 26½ 3½

I've just bought this (if image works) golden wonder pasta and sauce tomato onion and herb but says 12.5 syns on EE. Seems high.

It's only the 1% mug shots that are free on extra easy, thats what our group has been told. hope it's correct or i am missing out!

I just dont understand how this can be, the golden wonder pasta sauces I posted a pic off are lower in calories, lower in fat, lower in everything actually, I just dont get how only a 'certain brand' can be free. Im not disputing what uv said at all by the way, as I know this to be the case by consultants, but I do wonder why?

Thanks for this, I think these are for the pic underneath 'nations favourite.'

Could anyone put them through the syn calculator just to check please, using the nutritional info? These are the highest 'cheese and broccoli' so I doubt they will be syn free, but surely relatively low?
