Balsamic chicken, was that chicken in a marinade, or in a runny sauce? Sounds good anyway!

It was a runny concoction of balsamic water n all yummy peppers, garlic n I put olives in, v tasty Jen u just roast it altogether in oven for 1/2 hr, I will put link on in a mo X

Monday n a good Monday, work mad but managed a fast day without much effort.
Did 20mins of my new knock out DVD with my new wrist weights! Trying to do at the least 10mins as its a 10 min solutions DVD. Feel it working x

Hi love, I'm doing OK, trying fast diet again but not managing completely on the second day but eating as healthy as I can, work is so mad it makes me want choc lol. But not every day, however I've cut wine out in the week, n I am doing my knockout body boxing DVD, so far this week I have managed 2 10 minute sessions every day this WK, i can feel it working. I will catch up with everyone's diaries today. Hope our doing well too, following u on MFP ur doing well. x

Hi jen, good been managing 2 10 minute sessions a day at mo, its really good, I'm feeling the changes more every day, which makes me wanna do it more. Lol
Hope u r OK, I'm gonna have a read n catch up later, work is crazy, so its stopping me doing normal things.

I'm away on holiday from next Saturday, for my hubbys birthday, going on another adventure on our motorbike for two weeks, round UK, going to Wales, n Devon coast, isle of Wight, Kent, Suffolk n Norfolk. Very excited n can't wait.
