Hi all. I am on day 3 and I have been checking the scales too. I don't think I am in ketosis but the scales are going down which is great but makes sense when consuming less than 500 cals a day!! I have incorporated a gym session and been fine! I drank a lot more water in the gym than I normally would. Also managed a couple climbs at the climbing wall - not great - but was sweating like mad and too tired. I was thinking of maybe having the allowed food (chicken) on the days I go to the gym perhaps if really feel I need something. It's been great reading everyone's post.
