Personally, I calorie count as well as point watch to ensure I don't go under 1250cal/day as an absolute minimum x I've used upto half my weeklies then only 16 and my weight loss was the same both weeks, my aunt used every single one of her weeklies and still lost so it depends on the individual, personally, they're more of an emergency so I don't feel guilty for a takeaway or starve myself to be allowed a treat in the evening every so often xx
