Right that's it!!

Cheeky young whippersnapper Sarah! (my word, did I really refer to Sarah as young
message to self: doctor birth certificate first thing in morning
).
I think I deserve a little more respect than that Sarah - whatever happened to respect for your elders and betters
. Common consensus was I was taking it easy, after all, like all good footy games, it is over two legs and I played it cautious over the home leg
so..... Here's a challenge for you then Sarah. How far do you, Sarah and Jackie all live from each other? - let's arrange a walk from one to the other - or even all three (if you all live in the same street that might not work).
Needless to say, WHEN (not if) WHEN this one gets his jabs, and risks a visit to the sprawling metropolis that is Northants, I will kick your butt (metaphorically speaking of course - ever the gentleman).
This weekends plans are in tatters! my mate Scott - visiting from London - and I were meant to be at the footy tomorrow as he is doing the Great North Run on Sunday. The match has been switched to the Sunday - the same day as the Great North Run and that's scuppered our plans! - re-scheduled for Boxing Day! - ho ho ho Merry Christmas Premier league! I'm a bit miffed - can you tell?
I have been thinking over the past few days (don't worry, I'm aware of the risks
) Florida is looming and I have now revised my target(s).
I have one target. That is to get a blooming great tan! normally I pack so much but never actually enjoy the sun!
The pool will be for fun/recreation and not an exercise tool, and the food you'll be pleased to hear will be for enjoying. I know if I pile it on, I will take it off again - with interest?
So what's brought this change of heart? - Anyone at target, (Dawn will back me up on this) will testify that losing weight is a better journey and certainly more fun than trying to maintain, or stay within a target range. There's something pretty anarchic about being naughty and then putting the blinkers on and blasting away for a few weeks to get it off. Put simply, I lose interest in the maintaining bit and truth be told lose heart.
PS I didn't get to hibernate as it was too cold
