Hey Hevs, how did you do? Another 1/2 gone for me!:)

Well done Clairey that's great!!! I STS this week! I know I haven't been innocent on the cupcake front, but I have been realistic and counted it in my syns and have still stayed well within my syns for the week! I have also done some great exercise sessions so it could be muscle!! On balance I'm saying it's cupcakes AND muscle and hope for a brilliant one next week!! X

Thanks guys for the funeral wishes!! It was horrendously emotional and hard but glad it's out the way now!! You're a supportive bunch, ya know that?!XXX

An STS is great Funcurls especially considering what you've been through this week. What is great is to see that you are in control of what you eat despite the emotional rollercoaster you've been on.

I just wanted to suggest something as I see that you have a 3 egg omelette quite often. Why not have a 2 egg omelette and just put a bit of skimmed milk in it to make it a bit more fluffy and seem like more. Maybe these small changes can make a little difference too.

Good luck for the rest of the week!

Thanks Meli babe!! I was slightly disappointed because I stayed within my syns for the week, carefully counting in the cupcakes!! Plus I did some very intensive exercise sessions including running, yes RUNNING outdoors!! And FEEL slimmer this week (prob from the exercise!) so I expected a loss, but at the same time pleased with how I look and feel so at this stage of the game, I'm less obsessed than I was about what the numbers say on the scales!! At the same time though, I really do want to get to target!!

I take onboard your suggestion about the omlettes! Every little helps and I welcome any snippets of advice that come my way ! My view on it is that I have a hearty appetite (which is why SW suits me so well) and if I have a big breakfast it really does warn off mid morning hunger pangs and temptation to pick at rubbish, whether in work or at home! The omlettes really help me to stay full! I will try the 2 egg option and add a little milk as you suggest though and see if it helps! Thanks hun XXX

PS I have congratulated you on your diary page! Very well done!! New hat coming your way soon!!!X

Hunny it's not likely to be muscle, it takes weeks of consistant exercise to build muscle. It's more likely to be water, in your body, that's made you STS. Try drinking more when you exercise hun, it's a normal reaction to your increased exercise. It will settle down if you stick with it.
