Really pleased with myself today as I really wanted to have a practically syn free day as a bit worried about chocolate caramel shortbread-gate on Thursday night, and feel that I've really pulled back today which will hopefully limit the damage on Monday and hoping I will get away with a fairly good loss!! There were boxes of chocolates in work today and although a bit tempted, I totally abstained!! It felt really good, and feels even better now I'm out of the danger zone!! My challenge tomorrow is avoiding all the party food at my friend's house- don't ask but I'm going there to celebrate her chihuahua's 2nd Birthday!!! We're going for a walk from an RSPB nature reserve through the woods to her house!

Haha guys, why thank you!:thankyou: It was taken on a night out a couple of weeks ago! My friend and I kept chasing this poor defenceless chap around Walkabout and stealing this visor/cap thing off his head ! I don't think he was too amused about it lol x

Week 68- Day 6 (Sun)- Extra Easy- Day off.

Breakfast- It sounds really crazy....tuna/veg pasta bake (28g cheddar HEXa). 2 apples. I wanted something filling as knew I was off out for the day with a challenge to face at my friend's house with all the party food!!!

Lunch- at Lara's house for her chiuahua's 2nd Birthday party!!!!.....
OK, so this is where it all went a little wrong for me today!! After being so angelic yesterday I wasn't so good today! There was plenty of SW friendly food at the party but I had some bad stuff too and as a result have lost count of the syns (which must be over 30)!
Good stuff:- Rice/veg salad (?2 syns for pesto content), mixed salad leaves, pickled onions, giant olives (? 2 syns), turkey slices, beef slices.
Bad stuff- about 6 pink wafer biscuits, about 20 Pringles, about 5 large pretzels, a smallish slice of birthday cake! Basically lots of picky things- could have been a heck of a lot worse- I did air on the side of caution, but definitely went well over syns so may have blown it for tomorrow's weigh-in!! On the plus side, I have had lots of comments from friends and dh this week about how I look like I've lost more weight, and I definitely feel slimmer, so we will see what the scales say!! Fingers crossed I've scraped a small loss, but I'm not banking on it!!!!X

Evening meal- Roast chicken, SW chips done in Actifry and mushy peas! A little stuffing (3 syns).

Total syns- In the region of 40-50= flexisyn day!!!

Looks like we both went a bit overboard yesterday...oh well at least we enjoyed it :)
Good luck for tomorrow and like your new pic! Did you color your hair, thought you were blonde?

Hey hun, well yesterday I was a saint, it was today that things went a bit haywire which I'm very frustrated about because I'd planned to be saintly and have a good loss tomorrow, but not going to beat myself up too much!! What will be will be tomorrow!! Glad you enjoyed your little indulgence! I'm sure you'll still have a loss! Good luck for tomorrow!!

Yes I went dark with some reddish tones in November! It faded quite a bit though so I re-did it a couple of weeks ago!! They say blondes have more fun but I'm not so sure......X

loving your new pic funcurls. At least I presume it is new, hadn't noticed it before :)

Thanks BM! Yes it's new- updated it a couple of days ago! The cap/visor belongs to some random student! My friend and I were chasing him around the pub stealing it from him- we kept this up for about 2 hours!! He didn't look amused but I think he was enjoying the attention really- haha!!X

1 1/2lb off for me this week!! Dead chuffed as I was a bit worried and would have been disappointed with another STS or even worse a gain!! I have been good most of the week, with just a couple of minor slip-ups and in hindsight I think I've focused far too much on those occasions and forgotten how on-plan I've been the rest of the time! I'm especially pleased as FINALLY I'm back to where I was pre-Christmas- the lowest I've been since I was 21 years old and that was only because I'd lost a couple of stone with WW- Apart from that I haven't been this weight since I was about 17!!
