FUNCURLS FOOD DIARY, BLOG and CHIT CHAT!! New target set!!

Week 71-Day 7 (Mon)- Extra Easy- Day off (sleep day).

Early morning in work (6.30am)- Spicy sweet & sour Mugshot. A New York Cheesecake Mullerlight (1 syn).

On waking up 4pm- 2 Chocolate Weetabix (HEXb + 2 syns) with 175ml skimmed milk (3 syns) and sliced banana.

After WI- Luscious Lemon HIFI bar (6 syns).

After WI- Went to pub- Tavener's chicken- chicken breast with bacon (lean) with melted cheese (approx 28g- HEXa) BBQ sauce (approx 4 syns), jacket potato (no butter), peas and salad.

Apple & blackberry crumble with custard!!!!!! (?25 syns?!?!?!)

OK I know I've blown it on syns today!! Feeling unwell, coming down with a horrible cold, worn out and run down from a big row of 12.5 hour shifts (50 hours in 4 days), got a long busy week coming up including friend's funeral Wednesday! So I'm not going to beat myself up! I stayed the same at WI tonight! Tomorrow is the start of a brand new week and although I have a lot going on all I can do is my best!!X

Stayed the blinkin same!! Nevermind, at least its not a gain so strictly speaking I'm still going in the right direction!! X
 
Definitely still in the same direction! And staying the same is infinitely better than a gain! X

Thanks you guys!! I probably did the worst thing I could have done, but after WI my friend Cheryl and I went to the pub and apart from my Taveners chicken and JP which usually fits in fairly well to the plan syn-wise I only went and splashed out on a big bowl of apple & blackberry crumble and custard!!!! Boohooo!!!!X

Don't feel bad! Your weight loss has been amazing, and so inspiring! We were talking about slips in group tonight. My consultant made a good point about not making yourself feel guilty. You won't be having it every night, so as long as you're aware of it, don't deny yourself - if you really want something an don't have it, likelihood is that you'll not only graze on other things and then have what you really want after nothing else satisfies, or you'll crave it til the point where you binge on it! I know it's not exactly the same in this case, bit I think the principle is the same. No doubt you'll burn it all off this week, anyway! X

Hi Claire, how ya doodlin?! Thanx for the support! Unfortunately this week is throwing me out of routine! I'm in Exeter for a friend's funeral tomorrow so not nice!! And having a couple of work-related courses too, plus mother in law's 70th Sat so there will certainly NOT be a loss next Monday!! XxX

promise yourself - not me!!!! :) you can get a loss if you are bang on now!!!! I slipped up with the choice for my evening meal tonight :( so annoyed!!! xxx

Thanx sweetpea! I don't plan on going off the rails- I'd be so annoyed with myself if I did and really kick myself on Monday! It's really not worth it, but on the other hand so difficult when out of routine and unable to plan adequately! Hope you're having a good week- good luck for WI! XxX

You make a valid point!! I will do my bestest- it's all I can do really! But don't know where I'll be from one meal to the next for the next few days!! Sounds like The Shred is going well him, you'll feel miles better for it! Can't wait to hear how you feel/look at the end! XxX
