Sending you hugs hun xxx

hey Hevs - diary looking good babes - next week is not impossible to get a loss you know!!! esp as you deserved one this week.

Did you ever get those bathroom scales out the box? xxx

Thanx sweets, Yeh I did get the scales out and they're rubbish! They are so sensitive they need to become a hard flat floor! All the flooring in our house isn't quite level as its such an old house and we've lots of carpets and it shows me as about 9 stone on carpet! The weights vary hugely on different areas of the floor and all of them higher than the SW scales! X

Oh that frozen yoghurt you had sounds amazing. I really want to try it. I hope everything goes well for you next week and as well as it can in Exeter. In terms of a loss you never know what will happen this week has been pretty good (Wagamamma excepting) so you may be pleasantly surprised I hope so x

The frozen yogurt is AWESOME!! It's very ice-creamy and claims to be 'low fat' but I don't know to what extent and it's gotta be FULL of sugar!! Worth trying though! Thanks for the words of encouragement but I ended up at Wagamama AGAIN the next day (yesterday) but omitted the dessert and had a lower fat main course!!X

Week 72- Day 3 (Thurs)- Green- Day off.

Breakfast- A Ravishing Ruby HIFI bar (HEXb1) and a banana.

Lunch- (in training course)- Jacket potato with baked beans and side salad (1 syn for tiny bit of dressing).

1 bourbon biscuit (3.5 syns).

After shopping in Tesco- Box of sushi (3.5 syns). A snack pack of fresh mango slices.

At home- 1/2 tin of baked beans, some beetroot, 2 blue cheese laughing cow deli-light, 1 laughing cow light (nearly a HEXa). A Luscious Lemon HIFI bar (HEXb2). A large conference pear. (A ridiculous excuse for a meal!!!!! Using bits and pieces up!!)

Semi-skimmed milk in 4 cups of coffee (Part HEXa).

Total syns 8.

Your dinner sounds...adventurous.

Hope it all wasn't on the same plate!

xx

Hehee!! Well I'd been eating on the go all day (well for 3 days actually!) and had the Sushi I'd bought in Tescos so I wasn't ravenous and trying to get the old HEXs down the hatch, so ended up what I'd call 'grazing'!! And far too knackered to cook a meal (dh had stopped in MacDonalds so I didn't have to cater for him!!!) Hope you're less stressed out now hunny!!X

Week 72- Day 4 (Fri)- Extra Easy- Day off.

Late breakfast- in 'Eddy's' (cafe by the beach at Llangennith)- 2 slices of toast (HEXb + 6 syns) with 2 poached eggs and baked beans (no butter). Milk in 2 coffees (part HEXa).

Mid-afternoon- Tomato & herb Mugshot. Tesco Light Choices chocolate mousse (3.5 syns). Some strawberries and fresh pineapple chunks. Boots Shapers Tropical drink (1 syn).

Tea- Five spice steak with peppers- (strips of rump steak, red onion, onion, red, green and yellow peppers, oyster mushrooms, garlic, Chinese 5 spice, beef stock, cornflour (negligable), soy sauce). With boiled basmati rice. A raspberry & cranberry Mullerlight.

how you doin chick,

Hi hun, ooh it's been a tricky week!! Kind of went off plan for about 2 days, but hopefully not too much damage!! The scales will reveal the truth on Monday!!! We still have my M-I-L's 70th Bday celebrations to get through tomorrow night! Having a Chinese takeaway so at least I can sort of control what goes in!! How are you? Any big plans for the weekend?!!X

Ooh DEFO get the Belgian choc mini-meringues!! You won't regret it, as long as you don't eat them all at once, but even then it'll only be 15 syns!! But I bet you won't be able to eat more than 4 in one go- they're very very sweet!! Hit the spot for me! *Note to self-must top up tomorrow!!* The prob is, I'm DETERMINED not to see the numbers go in the wrong direction and I know that I'll feel totally appalled with myself if I go mad tomorrow night and as a result dread Monday WI and have a disastrous result! I'm already treading on thin ground after 2 trips to Wagamama in 2 days and not having the healthiest options!! And I do find that with Chinese it's easy enough to make good choices! Alcohol won't be a problem- my M-I-L and her hubby are both recovering alcoholics and I'm not a big drinker so that's not the issue- it's all the extras like spring rolls, prawn toasts and of course Birthday cake!!!! Have a lovely weekend!!XXXX

ooh i like sweet ,lol, how many syns were they again.might get a couple of packs.been reading loads on here recepie wise, want to try it all, prob is i spend loads of money cos il go m&s ,sainsburys ,aldi, the list goes on,the things we do to save a few syns, like the otjher day i saw a pic of a hot choc with squirty cream with 4 marshmallows on top, looked delish,so today whilst in morrisons i bought fat free marshmallows thinking they would be good syn wise and they are 1.5 syns for one.the lady who posted her pic said she got hers from sainsburys and they are 1 syn for 4,so off to sainsburys tomorrow as well just for marshmallows,o well,

Haha I can TOTALLY relate to what you're saying!! I get all these recommendations and go to the specific supermarkets for the offers and end up spending and spending!! My cupboards and fridge are always full, and yet I never seem to have all the ingredients I need!!

The meringues are 1.5 syns for 2! Well worth it I think!! The other one I'm impressed with is Minimilk lollies for 1.5 syns each!! Speak soon, let me know what you think of them!!X
