Gail's diary and thoughts on her SW journey

So glad you are having a great time Gail, those buns sound amazing. I think many of us are the same, an eating plan of some sort for life - for me for sure. xx

Am I the only person who doesn't like the sound of the cinnamon buns?
Maybe because I don't like cinnamon and would rather have a big piece of pork pie instead !!!!

Continue having fun on your hols and enjoying said buns.

Ooh Pommette yes I think you are! The cinnamon buns sound ace and I was drooling but then when I read "cream cheese" I nearly ate my iPhone. Want cinnamon buns!! Lucky I have no idea where I'd get one here in the uk. Please no one tell me.

Gail that is a super idea to get some wee tops that way you have to get back on it on your return. That and the threat of a horrifying scan bran feeding. I look forward to hearing your journey into the tops! Xxxx

Dear God woman! You'll look like a cinnamon bun. I want one sooooo much now!

I wonder if everyone has fat potential. Overeating in times of plenty is built into our genetic make up after all. Skinny people probably obsess too, but just learnt the control mechanisms earlier in life so that they are now second nature. If we were cavemen (with internet access of course lol) we'd be the survivors of course.

I too though have accepted that this is a lifelong journey. Which is why finding a control mechanism that is so acceptable, sustainable and can fit in with your life (I.e. SW) is of paramount importance.

I think most of us are with you Gail - as Pinkie said there's lots of us here for life!

And Jules - You should not make incontinent old women laugh so much - I nearly wet myself at you eating your iPhone!

Really must go for my shower now.

Pommette you're not the only one who don't think the cinnamon buns sound appealing. Too sweet for me luckily.:)

Gail - I'm loving reading about your holiday! Enjoy the time you have left and don't spend a second worrying about the weight - you have planned for this and know exactly what to do.

Have a great day!

Quite. We're all living vicariously through you at the moment Gail, so you have to have enough fun for all of us!

It's true! How sad are we?! It's this unpredictable weather we're having at the moment making us all wish we were on hols! X

.

Both please? :D

At the same time? ;-)

Hum, pork pie first, eaten outside, a really good butcher's one, with English mustard and 1/2 pint of local pale beer. Think I might like an apple with that and a small piece of cheese. Then about an hour later the bun and good black coffee.....7 million syns? Picnic time Pinkie?! :D

Well, I am definitely into the 'Steve way of holidaying' with regards to food

Oh well, I am having a lovely time so it's fine :).

Photo attached - you can't see my legs so you'll have to take my word for the fact that I am wearing cropped trousers and showing my ankles !!!

Every single time! I'm used to it, ever since the incident with the catapult and greenhouse at Kinderrgarten I've took the blame;)

Contracts on the 3 slices of pizza by the way. If i know Florida, them slices are huge! The size of the old bin lids (admit it, you're not ALL that young).

Remember though Gail that bad influence Steve got back to target in a week:p

For those who haven't "done" Florida, it is a Federal Offence if you don't eat the ice cream - oh and if you think it comes in one small scoop like over here.....think again!

Thanks Lil Sausage. Does eating 2 cinnamon buns per day count as inspirational ??????!!!!!

Universal was good yesterday - not islands of adventure unfortunately (the kids are wimps !!) but still good. Off to Epcot today but having a late start because it will be a late finish. Weather is still great but forecasting storms for later in the week.

Thanks for your lovely comments everyone. I know I still have a way to go but I do feel fantastic :D (although a little larger than pre-holiday !!).

Gail x

Did you try the Sharwarma Platter in Epcot's Morocco then Gail? - I loved it!

The cinammon buns do nowt for me (no sweet tooth) though I did get into a "New York State of Mind (copyright Billy Joel) when I discovered Bagels and cream cheese for breakfast! The carb overload was immense:cool:

Steve (the bad influence)

I shall not tell anyone that there is only 2 places to get cinnabons in the UK.

I shall be visiting one in august cause I now have a huge craving!
