So weekend here goes:

B: x2 weetabix (HEB), banana, fromage frais and red grapes, 400ml Smart Price Unsweetened Soya (HEA)
L: went to yo! sushi for lunch, oh myyyy the food was soooo amazing! Loved it! I forgot all my bloody menus I'd spent ages writing out (doh!) so checked when I got home and went slightly over syns at a total of 17 but had: cucumber maki, california roll, chicken teriyaki, kaiso salad (this was beautiful!) and a spicy tuna hand roll. Would recommend anyone try this place well if you like that kind of thing...
D: Homemade burgers using Extra Lean Beef Mince, SW Chips and salad, yoghurt.

Did some walking Sat and was aching so much when I got home had a great shop though!!

Well work all day....
B: "eggy bread" x2 400g loaf wholemeal bread (HEB), mushrooms, tomatoes and x2 quorn sausages (2 syns), Scrambled egg, apple, 400ml Smart Price Unsweetened Milk (HEA) for milky coffee.
No lunch as we were so rushed off our feet at work, had a huge fun day on in our park and the weather brought 1000's of people along! so skipped lunch - there was plenty of chocolate, sweets, burgers etc and crisps on offer but I stayed strong!
D: Stir fry vegetables, pasta and chicken breast
FF Fromage Frais & red grapes, nectarine, Freddo (5 syns)
Aching from shopping and work so hope the exercise pays off!
