Gemma's Diary Mixed Days - red, green, EE - new to EE advice welcome

Little homemade invention tonight:
Can of mixed bean salad
Half a packet if batchelors Mexican rice
One red pepper
One red onion
And HEa of cheese

Very tasty, quick to make and also a cheap meal, could become a regular of mine :)
 
Friday 02/08/2013 - GREEN DAY:

B: 35g porridge (heb), 250ml SS milk (HEA), blueberries, alpen light (3 syns)
L: SS Soup, x5 scan bran (HEB), x1 Laughing Cow Light Cheese Triangle (1.5 syns), plum, melon
D: Jacket potato, 30g cheddar (hea), salad
x2 quorn burger (1 syn)

Saturday 03/08/2013 - RED DAY:

B: x2 toast, wholemeal 400g loaf (HEB), x2 laughing cow light triangles (3 syns), x2 alpen lights (HEB) - went for a walk so wanted a big brekki, managed 8.8 miles.
L: piece of white fish, velvet crunch (4 syns), apple crumble shape yoghurt (0.5 syns)
D: Chicken salad, cherries, carrot sticks
Highlights hot choc (2 syns), alpen light (3 syns), apple crumble shape yoghurt (0.5 syns)

Sunday 04/08/2013 - RED DAY

B: x2 alpen lights (HEB)
L: chicken dinner, loads of veg - broccoli, cabbage, carrots, turnip, cauliflower, gravy (3 syns)
D: Chicken, red onion & mushroom omelette, 30g cheddar (HEA)
x2 weetabix (HEB), 250ml SS milk (HEA), Carrot sticks, velvet crunch (4 syns), hot choc (2 syns)
 
Monday 05/08/2013 - RED DAY:

B: x2 weetabix (HEB) with natural yoghurt and Shape Delight Rhubarb yoghurt (0.5 syns) poured over
L: tuna and spring onions in Kraft Light French Dressing topped on x5 scan bran (HEB), Alpen Light (3 syns)
D: x3 small pieces of white white fish with salad, 30g cheddar (HEA) and sugar snap peas
250ml Semi Skimmed Milk (HEA), Pineapple, melon, carrot sticks, nectarine, velvet crunch (4 syns), Hot Choc (2 syns)

Just posting to subscibe as i've been doing EE but think i'm going to mix it up with red's so looking for ideas for meals :)
